Though doctor Saini is good the staff is very unprofessional. I requested them for the blood and urine report and the bills . I have not received them even after 15 days . I have followed up with them several times and each time they comit but fail . Such pathetic staff . So not understand how the rating could be so high when the staff is pathetically unprofessional and slow . I will put an official complaint to the Ross admistratikn and doctor but could not find nos and emails .

Dr Debashish Saini: We had a very ugly experience with you. My mother was critical and you stuck to your schedule - even for a video call, after we waited for 2 hrs.. Received a call from your team after 3 hrs or so suggesting you are available. Sure you are good for Cold and flu, nothing else.

Doctor is really experienced and is a great listener. He would listen to each and every minute detail that you would want to share with him. He will suggest the best course of medication (or no medication). The only flip side of this is that he is always busy with patients thronging his small clinic. The receptionist would not budge even if you say you have an emergency. I got my turn at 10.30 pm after I had gone to his clinic at 7pm and got an appointment for 9.15. This is something I would want to see improved there (and deducting 1star for that reason only.)

The doctor is very good and spends good amount of time with his patients understanding their problem and history. Medicine he gave was effective. Since he spends so much time with patients, you may have to wait for an hour or so even after making an appointment. So i would suggest just call once before leaving even if you have an appointment.

I visit this clinic for my child vaccination. Services are very good. They only remind us for my child vaccine and book appointments. Happy with their services. Generally there is rush in evening hours so they should hire more staff. Rest all good.

For anyone who wants to see a good genuine doctor(general physician) Dr. Saini is really a very humble and helpful one. Even the staff is very supportive. Thumbs up! So am here again to confirm, that in times like these where everything is so dubious. The way Dr. Saini has supported and been there at any time of the day just at a message away is beyond wordly praise. He has been really so patient, am really grateful for the help and the guidance he has extended upon us. May god bless him and his family.

Ross clinic is extremely recommended for anyone looking for reliable general physician. Dr. Saini is not only knowledgeable but gives ample time to every patient and is available to answer the queries on phone. The staff is very cooperative.

Dr Devashish Saini is a very patient Doctor who listens to his patient. We always leave having a positive feeling. He is truly a wonderful and genuine doctor. Excellent and courteous staff also.

No professionalism doesn’t pick phone and staff is more rude, suffering 3 fever i came to the clinic and not available and no updates before come and the assistant lies he tried to contact me
