The
experience
at
this
particular
restaurant
was
quite
unpleasant,
as
we
had
to
wait
for
a
considerable
amount
of
time
for
their
order
to
be
delivered.
The
staff
members
were
not
attentive
and
did
not
prioritize
their
customer's
needs,
which
resulted
in
a
poor
experience.
We
had
gone
to
the
restaurant
to
purchase
some
sweets,
and
was
recommended
to
order
samosas
as
well.
Although
we
asked
if
the
samosas
could
be
delivered
quickly,
the
staff
member
assured
that
it
would
not
be
a
problem.
However,
after
billing,
the
staff
did
not
mention
anything
about
the
samosas
and
finally
we
had
to
inquire
about
it.
What
followed
was
a
ten-minute
wait
in
the
restaurant
with
no
assistance
from
the
staff
members.
Despite
there
being
a
person
sitting
on
the
sofa
gazing
at
his
phone,
no
one
attended.
We
became
increasingly
impatient,
and
only
then
did
the
staff
member
go
to
the
kitchen
to
prepare
the
order.
It
took
half
an
hour
for
the
order
to
be
delivered,
which
was
not
a
satisfactory
experience.
Additionally,
it
was
surprising
that
the
person
on
the
sofa
was
a
responsible
person
for
the
outlet.
This
showed
a
lack
of
responsibility
and
accountability
towards
customers'
needs.
Such
behavior
from
a
restaurant
that
is
considered
premium
is
unacceptable.
In
conclusion,
we
had
a
poor
experience
at
the
restaurant,
due
to
the
unprofessional
behavior
of
the
staff
members
and
the
lack
of
accountability
from
the
responsible
person.
The
restaurant
should
work
towards
improving
their
customer
service
to
avoid
such
situations
in
the
future.
