Dear all, Please be cautious while dealing with this builder and their projects. Their promises seems to be good and promising. However, in reality, there is a lot of mismatch in what they are promising and the reality. First of all, this builder Dreams World or their projects are not RERA registered. Hence there is a huge risk in purchasing their projects with a possibility of loosing the amount. Now talking about their projects, the builder, in their various announcements in Facebook, Youtube and Google had intimated that their first project UTSAVAM APARTMENTS have been completed since last one or two years and is ready to occupy with only few units available. However in reality, even though there are advertising the project, from my reliable sources at Guruvayoor, they haven't received the Occupancy certificate for the project till this year Feburary or March (before the second wave of COVID). How come then, they are advertising the project for sale? I doubt about their hotel business model also. Now regarding their second project of 5 star hotel, even though they started selling the project, they haven't yet undertaken the RERA registration which is against the present rules and the project seems to be much behind the schedule risking the buyers investment amount. In case I am wrong please correct me with proof. However dear buyers, please be extra cautious while dealing with these projects of Dreams World and be safe. Thanks
