Finding the restaurant was a bit of a hassle for us, even with Google Maps as the hotel/restaurant is on a small one lane road. We had a late lunch here, around 2:30pm. The Vegetarian Thali was almost over so there was a delay in getting our order of 3 thalis served. We also ordered the Vegetarian Noodles with Gobi Manchurian. The veg thali was good, although initially the quantity of the items in the thali was less, but they soon kept bringing more of the items. The items tasted good too. The noodles were good though I wasn't a fan of the Gobi Manchurian but that's more of my taste palate's problem. Compared to other restaurants, the food isn't all that expensive for the ambience and the atmosphere. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty good and very neatly maintained. Plenty of parking too. Overall a good vegetarian restaurant in Guruvayur and I hope it is maintained that way.

First off, EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL PLACE for stay and dine. I was completely blown by this Restaurant, good selection of veg food, reasonably priced, courteous and polite staff. Finding a good restaurant with quality and standard is a task in Guruvayoor, but this place totally surpassed my expectations. Will definitely visit them again when back to Guruvayoor. They deserve double thumbs-up 👍❤️

Everything related to the stay at guruvayoor was excellent and awesome......walkable distance to the temple..........clean and cosy ambiance.... Importantly the traditional food like puttu and kadala was too good....

The food was extremely tasty. I'd recommend the tomato soup. To bring things in perspective, I ordered fried rice and Dall without onions. It was made exactly as i asked. I had a watermelon juice. It was very pleasantly cold. To be honest it felt just like home cooked meals. Not too spicy. Hope they can keep it up. Cost compared to my Chennai is oddly on the lower side. I did over eat but worth every morsel.

Located in a far, inaccessible and forgotten narrow lane in the Guruvayur township, this restaurant is part of Hotel HarivaramYuga. We went for lunch and for the exorbitant price they charge, the lunch served was pretty below ordinary in taste. Perhaps an average veettil oonu might have more sides and tasty accompaniments. The service also was found wanting. The second round/fill ups were served only after noisy requests from the dining group. We felt they are under resourced. The lime juice was one of the worst i have ever tasted. May be this is just an eatery for the people who stay in the harivaramyuga hotel and serves that basic purpose of quelling their hunger, however for the people who are looking for a decent veg meal in Guruvayur this place is a no-go. The place is clean and ambience is good, hence 2 stars.

I recently visited Nivedya Pure Vegetarian Restaurant and overall had a decent experience. The ambience of the restaurant was great - it had a modern, chic decor and was very clean. I also appreciated that it was a pure vegetarian establishment. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered the meals, curd rice, porota with kurma, and pulao rice and while everything tasted okay, it didn't quite live up to the high expectations I had based on the restaurant's reputation. The flavors were a bit underwhelming and the portions were on the small side. Additionally, the price was a bit steep in my opinion. While I understand that the restaurant is targeting a more upscale clientele, I feel like the prices could be more reasonable given the quality of the food. Overall, while I did enjoy my visit to Nivedya Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, I would give it 3 stars. The ambience and service were great, but the food was just average and the prices were a bit too high for my taste.

Please DO NOT VISIT this restaurant seeing the reviews. The staff itself told they make people give good reviews.SAD First of all only very few items are available from the menu. And then the food. PATHETIC, Just the worst. How bad can u be to screw up even a fried rice. The Gobi dish was burnt. Nothing had seasoning. Just blant tasteless stuff. The waiters are clueless. But the bill is definitely big as if it's some fine dine restaurant. Hope they change the chef or whoever is responsible for this. Terrible, pathetic, poorly managed place. Never returning. Do not recommend No thank you

Food was great. We wanted Jain food options and we called ahead of arriving at the restaurant. They were very accommodating in making the necessary preparations before we arrived so that we did not have to wait too long for the food. Quantity was pretty good in both Indian and Chinese dishes.

Oct 16- Dear Owner. I'm happy to know atleast you have acknowledged the issue faced, as unfortunately at your restaurant, no one has courtesy to acknowledge issues. Now let me elaborate on what happened - First of all, I would appreciate if you could check internally if your restaurant managers are accessible in the restaurant and then post response. - There was a person (should be manager) who was available only while taking the order and next one hour, he did not have the courtesy to visit the table and update status on the order. - Everytime we had to go to kitchen and check status, for which we were told 5 minutes. - Even after an hour, we were served only 60% of our order and we were told rest of items not available. Had it been the case, why to take order and make us wait for more than an hour? - Even before taking the order we were told only 5 items are available and nothing from the menu was available. Hope you have CCTV at your place where you can cross verify all these happenings yesterday. This is where if you had put the CLOSED board yesterday as you had low rations, customers could've figured some other restaurant. Why to offer pathetic experience to customers saying you're functional?! The worst part was, even after an hour, after serving just part of order, that too with below par quality, NO ONE had the concern to even come to table and apologize for anything happened. It was just one server, who was sent from kitchen for all issues. As much as I know how difficult it is to OPEN a restaurant, hope you also know why people visit a restaurant and what's their utmost need. Especially being in a tourist place, do you know with what priorities customers visit? This is not to do with cost or amount you charge, but these are some basics of building a good customer experience. When customers trust you for the Google rating you have, but have extremely contrasting experience when they visit! Oct 15- If given an option of zero star, that is what it deserves. When you're not ready as a restaurant, better display the CLOSED board, rather than offering pathetic service. Order of 2 chapathis takes an hour!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place !!

Location was near to Guruvayur temple, but follow google map to reach the restaurant . Parking slots available, plenty of seating capacity, ambience is very good. I tried their Lemon soup, Veg Thaali, Veg Fried Rice ;all were very good.

I went to this hotel and found it to be just okay. Unfortunately, they did not offer most of the items on the menu and only gave us a few choices to select from. When we arrived at 1:30 pm, there were no meals available. However, we did order chilli paneer which was good. We also ordered Szechwan fried rice and tomato rice, but both were very average. The rice wasn't boiled enough and there was no flavor in either dish. We then tried the mix veg gravy which tasted okay. However, the curd rice was very sour and not good at all. We chose this restaurant based on its high Google ratings, but unfortunately, they did not live up to our expectations.

Stayed close by and had dinner here. Not many customers and the service was prompt and attentive. Ordered Dal, stuffed paratha and raita. The portions were large. We specified food to be less spicy. It was and tasty. Prices not too high or low. Very clean place. But it is hard to find the place if one doesn't look carefully.

We are a group of 45 people from Hyderabad. At a very short notice the hotel has prepared buffet for us and served sumptuous and very tasty food in hygienic and ambient atmosphere. The services by pradeep and his entire team is excellent. Highly recommend this place for authentic Kerala food

I had a great feast from Nivedyam Restaurant. perfectly nearer to Guruvayur temple the ambience was very peaceful and relaxed also the service was just awesome they made us very comfortable there. I really want to mention the SADHYA served in a BANANA LEAF such a traditional and authentic way of serving food with delicious side dishes and yummy PAYASAM.. It was perfect to choose Nivedyam Restaurant to complete the GURUVAYUR trip. I recommend Nivedyam Restaurant to experience the best at GURUVAYUR....

I bought veg Biriyani which was tasty, the quantity was apt but the cost for it was on the higher side. That is the case for all the dishes. Gobi Manchurian felt like it was heated in oven. The service and atmosphere was quite good.

I visited Nivedya restaurant today only and found it quite good. They customized the food as per my requirements. Though the bread items were not available in the noon and I was informed that they will be available in the evening. Staff is courteous and communicates well. Ambience is also amiable. I would recommend this place for pure vegetarian food.

We went for lunch at around 1:15 pm and felt the whole restaurant was sleeping including the staff. Ordered our food and had to wait a long time for the food to arrive. When it did arrive it was in instalments, first one noodles dish and after 15 minutes came the manchuria and rice. Not a great experience to be honest.

The restaurant is almost 1km away from guruvayoor temple. Mostly vacant at most time. There's a hotel near it so I think it's just an dine in facility for the hotel customers. Food is nothing to brag about, I went there for lunch and ordered Thali. Food was just decent, can't match the price tag it offer's. Could easily be called "overpriced". Overall nothing more great about to say. But the service and atmosphere was superb.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! We chose this pathetic reason of a place named restaurant based on the reviews we found in Google. They are more interested in your money than the quality of the food that they serve. They never provided the menu even after asking for the same. They stated that the kitchen had "just started" or something so they'll say the items for ordering. Since we were really hungry, and as we had traveled quite a lot to reach this place as well, we decided to order anyway. For reaaaally mediocre food and low quantity, they charged quite a bomb. The worst part is they charged 50 rs for a soft drink can which had an mrp of 35. Stating the reason as its 5 star charge and is management decision. Either the management has never been to a 5 star restaurant, or don't know the pricing basics.
