Parking is not free but it would depend on the time and the amount of ticket purchased. 2. Elephant train ticket is cheap that is 2000 KRW per person for one way. But you could buy another ticket on the spot ( near the elephant stop) for coming back too. 3. Sky-lift also has a ticket for going up or going down. They are very safe even to go with your infants, toddlers kids, or old age people. Detailed information could be provided on the information desk as well. 4. For kids, parents can rent strollers inside the zoo at the entrance gate which is buy-the-way not free but they are at affordable prices. 5. The zoo is huge and can not be covered on foot by normal people. Inside the zoo, there is a free bus service at distances. 6. Inside the zoo, there are gs and cu or gift shop to have some snacks or water but not many offcourse.

quite huge zoo.. you have to walk around the area.. the tropical greenhouse is a nice place to warm yourself while winter.. and try to get down by the skylift after you finish with the animal seeing, especially in autumn because the view is great.. the trees whill be in various pretty colors.. make sure that you bring umbrella or hat when summer, it will be very hot

Seoul zoo was very fun! Lots of places to walk and lots of animals to see. I spent about 3 hours here and that was going pretty fast to be able to go to the theme park afterwards. Great place to bring your children and not that hard to get to the train.

Beautiful zoo. Reasonable admission charge. Quite large and you will spend most of the day here. Easily reached via subway. Lots of washrooms and places to buy snacks. Lots of walking so I would recommend a good pair of shoes and to buy tickets for the chair lift and elephant train for the scenery and to cut down on some of the walking. The zoo was alright. It has changed a ton over the past 10 years. This is not a good change either. The flower garden that was at the entrance to the zoo is no longer there. It has been replaced by a huge tiger statue. That is strike one. Many of the exhibits are under construction, so there are not too many animals to see - strike two. A good handful of the exhibits are outright closed - strike three. I understand this could be due to the pandemic and some of those exhibits that are closed are indoor ones. That is understandable; however, maybe they could post this information up on their website? This could save people time while they are at the zoo. Overall the animals seemed to be very lethargic and honestly a little pathetic. The magic has disappeared from this place. Hopefully once this pandemic blows over the zoo will get it's magic back.

I visited here last Friday, and I was hoping to see some tigers and some more wild animals. But there were no tigers, foxes, bears etc. There should have been some information regarding some animals that won't be available to see at the front gate, not just in front of the animals cage.

I have loved watching Seoul Zoo rennovate and upgrade a lot of their enclosures through the years. When I first visited in 2015 I found the zoo depressing and promised I wouldn't visit again but after having my daughter and returning years later I can see how much work they have put in to improvements and animal enrichment. They are also an accredited zoo now so bravo Seoul Grand Park Zoo! The zoo is very big so be prepared to spend the day walking around and wear comfortable shoes!
