It was a 3 Day 2 night Stay for us for friends weeding function. Room ambiance was great. Clean,King size bed, Electric cattle, though we had to ask for tooth paste and brush which should be present prior. Rest it was a comfy stay... They also have restaurant available with delicious food with variety of dishes. They also provided complementary breakfast (Optional not free) which one should opt while booking in. It is just 10 mins. away from Gwalior Railway Station also near to Gwalior fort.

Very close to gwalior railway station and hotel is situated in a peaceful area. Hotel staff is very good and very attentive for any queries.

The location of the hotel is excellent and in the center of the city. The staff is courteous. Food is very delicious. We tried Kofta, Dum Aloo and Dal and everything was finger licking good.

It was my first visit to Gwalior, this is a business hotel at a very prominent location (near the railway station and on Jhansi Road). The rooms are good, AC was working fine. The floor was very sleepery. The toilet floor was excessively dangerous, at least they should provide a bath mat. There were no toiletries available at the toilet. The view from the back rooms are disgusting, it actually had no privacy. The room was not sound proof. Even you can hear people walking in the corridor. The food was good in quality and quantity but very overpriced.

Checked in for a best value price. Rooms are so good, well designed. Unfortunately rooms where occupied by minute silver fish inscets and tiny cockroachs. Toilet towels weren't cleaned. THE location ain't thay easy to pick up if you are new to the city, but G map will do the work. The breakfast was buffet, but it's literally overpriced per head. If you have to checkout early morning before 8:30pm, then buffet is the only option since they don't have any items in the menu for breakfast. No other restaurants were seen near the vicinity. So that's a deal! NO much parking area is available but can manage, it doesn't have any closed perimeter.

Very good option to stay at Gwalior. Rooms are very luxurious, spacious, clean but it needs pest control. Food was really tasty. Service is also very good. Location is really very good but there is little parking problem. This hotel is 400-500 meters from Gwalior Railway station. Overall I really liked this hotel. Will look forward for another visit...

Rooms are ok. you can arrange a little function only not for more than 100 people because it will be too conjustage. Parking space is also an issue. There is no dedicated parking. Park your car on road without security. Even nearby local shops will not allow to park your car infront of their shop even if it is closed. All the Nearby people or shop owner are nephew of an M.L.A. so beware.

Luxury rooms on a budget. The service is quick and the staff at the reception is cooperative. The rooms are well maintained too and have a good view from the glass sealed window. It is located at almost walking distance from Railway station. The only sad part is the breakfast in the buffet. No staple like aloo paratha or poha, only stuff like some stinky idli sambhar. They took a cheap and quick root where they should've actually put some effort as breakfast can make or break your day. Hence I'm reducing one star.

Hotel CENTELLA Great location, really pleasant, spotless and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The food was excellent and so was the service. Overall I had a great experience with the CENTELLA.

We had a worst experience with this hotel.I booked the hotel to celebrate the first birthday of my son..also booked some rooms for guests coming from outstations. Rooms didn’t had basic facilities.. like towels and tooth paste in bathrooms, hot water was not available in bathrooms as their boiler was not working, bathrooms were smelling too bad... and many more complaints I received from my guests. Their food was good.. but the decoration provided was not worthy of amount they charged for decoration.. also the service was too poor.

Worst experience ever had in Hotels who are charging so premium rates and do not even understand the meaning of services… When I had checked in there were urine sprinkles on the commode… linens were dirty and stained… on the top of it the person who came to change it said sir itna to rehta hi hai🤦🏻 Very horrible experience… post given feedback to front desk too… Will avoid visiting again to this hotel in future🤞🏻…

It was a nice stay. All the staff are also very good and polite. The food, ambience and cost is also good. Worth staying here.

This week we stayed two nights in this hotel, when we arrived they didn't know about our reservation. In the end, they told us that everything was fine, we went to the room. The rooms are fine, but the reception staff is terrible, 0 friendly, never say good morning, nothing. When we left, they told us that it was not paid. We had made a reservation and it was paid for two nights with breakfast, I don't know if they don't know how to do their job or if they tried to charge us twice. When we were solving this problem it seemed like they were making fun of us. In the end, they let us go, because everything was paid for as we had told them. We do not recommend this hotel, be careful. Expensive and on top of that the reception service was terrible.

There was a birthday party of my relatives. So i do not know much about the room but i am talking about the foods and service. Food is very good. I have tried different item like different type of soup, panner related snaks, main course etc. Taste was very good of all things. But i have an issue regarding services. If restaurant is full more than 40 percent, you have to wait more. Services is not up to the mark for handle the rush. In restaurants only less than 40 percent people you can enjoy the food without wait. But above this you have to wait little bit more. If you are a patience person you will definitely enjoy the food. There is no lack in quality and quantity in food.

Rooms are maintained but they create lot of non sense with visitors coming in and going out Then whatever you ask them from glasses to water the service will be extremely delayed and will take around four to five gentle reminders to have that in your room. Overall a good hotel if you're getting it under 1400 else one should go for a better option.

Nihayati Ghatiya Hotel, Room was alloted to me and then they removed my luggage from the room without intimating to me and room was alloted to someone else and given very stupid excuse that electric fault. Shameless staff ....

Stayed in Hotel Centella for 4 days, service is 3rd class , not cleaned the room even after tellingfor single day , food quality is very bad , Strongly suggested never to choose Centella hotel Gwalior

Over all hotel is very good but Management is very poor, staff is not in management cantrol, Today, due to the negligence of the hotel management, I almost missed my train.

Nice big clean rooms & toilet bathroom. but my room is not cleaned properly also there are many cockroach present looks like room needed pest control. Food is tasty but costly. Overall a very pathetic and disappointing stay as after so many issues the room change request was not accepted.

Property is nice but I don't know what are they doing very poor management. I have done my booking 1 week prior but on day of check-in on arriving at reception I get to know that they don't have any rooms, they didn't have any courtesy to call to tell that hotel is full. Instead of providing any solution, they simply asked us to look somewhere else. After reaching there I get to know that I am without room, I have planned whole weekend but they denied me any room at last moment, despite pre booking a week ago. This was 2nd such experience I faced. Worst management Unskilled staff I will not recommended anyone to go.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights , room terrif plus breakfast cost me around 2k per day, room were so clean, excellent comfort, delicious food and well maintained batbrooms. Hotel provide sufficient parking and its near to railway station.

Best place to stay in Gwalior. Breakfast is also awesome and tasty. Varieties of breakfasts options available here which is not generally seen in these type of hotels. Overall nice place to stay

Non professional staff, they have vacant rooms but didn’t provide any support in terms of early checking for 3 hours. Didn’t expect this. People who came after me provided rooms to them. Will never come back to this hotel and will never recommend this to any body.

Pathetic service, Room service not provided when needed, Restaurant has no staff to serve Customers, I waited like more than one hour just to place an food order, order also came late, thought taste was ok, but waiting period is so long. Don't suggest anybody to visit here. Also : Prices are much inflated in comparison to other restaurants in city.

I am not even ready to rate this 1 star. Just pathetic, untrained staf to understand customer necessities This hotel needs to be avoided for following reasons 1) pathetic room service - we stayed in room 302 no hot water available 24/7, we need to call home service and wait to get hot water( sometimes it takes hours to get - because they don't action) If they allow hot water in pipes there would not be any cold water coming (funny-i have never faced this in any hotel that I stayed) 2) food quality and quantity - high prices and not upto the mark, food is really cold and quantity is less to the price that we are paying. i think the hotel have sense as if they are a 5* rated one and a medium glass of milk charges 135/- 3) rooms are clean but kettle provide is all rusted and I have requested home service to change it yesterday but i still have not received until now( picture attached) 4) there is absolutely no water in washroom for whatever reason, i had to call them at 4AM requested to check and asked them not to ring any bell if they want to come in as my 3year old is sleeping, instead i asked them to knock. But you might have guessed what happened they rang the bell and called to check 5) we stayed right beside house keeping room and there is noise in the nights like arguments You have some better hotels around to stay, i would really say until unless all hotels of Gwalior is booked DO NOT CHOOSE THIS, if you want to have a peaceful traveling

Visited Gwalier first time on family trip and booked this hotel directly in april . Very worst service received. After reaching hotel and after waiting for 1 to 1:30 hr for our room, not even asked for a glass of water. Room service was very slow and worst as we got our every order in room after 1 hour. Staffs were also not aware about their guests as one morning after breakfast they flowed towards our car on main road to ask our room number as we have already told them at time of breakfast. No hot water was available in tap. Many basic amenities were not available in rooms as now a days hotels are providing in different cities, no hangers in wardrobe . I will not recommend this hotel specifically because of their services. Location and rooms are nice. Food was also fine.

A great party was organised by ISHU at the hotel. He was at the party the entire time to make sure everything is managed smoothly. Overall a great experience with the staff. Good fresh food and very beautiful decorations arranged by the management.

We came here with the Under 15 cricket girls team! The rooms were very good and spacious. But the servicea were very bad. The food quality was good but the service was bad. They didn't served food on time. The room services were also very bad. They didn't responded to room calls quickly, sometimes they even forget what we asked for. Overall Services are Bad.

Highly unsatisfied with service of hotel. Yesterday called one reputed cardiologist of the city for dinner but it was very bad experience. First they took lot of time to deliver food then they delivered something which we not ordered. Their restaurant manager attitude was very bad. He is highly arrogant. Rooms are okay but again room service is very poor. I will recommend please do not go there if you are planning an important lunch or dinner meet with someone special.

I was for pure set my family. The location of this property is excellent and very strategic. The staff is very professional and quick and response. They follow all these hygiene and sanitation measures. One of the most recommended property in the region.

The service is really good and @Vijay Mishra served us really well. he was very polite and listened to all of my last time requests. Had a great time there.

worst hotel,please dont visit here. There are alot of hidden charges in hotel charge.I have recently visited here.i have booked from Agoda.Breakfast was not included so i asked for breakfast on payment basis.Initially they said you can take breakfast which is in buffet and after the breakfast was over ,they charged 1400rs for two people.Breakfast was consist of fruits,idli and sandiwich only.#boycott centella.

I had booked 2 rooms in the hotel on 3rd November, 2023 and got cofirmation for our booking and also advance payment for our booking rooms by Agoda for our stay on 27th and 28th Nov 2023. After traveling from Kajuraho by own car, we reached hotel at around 11.30 a.m for check in. We had a rude shock at the reception counter as the staff there informed us we have no booking as all the rooms were reserved for a marriage party. We demanded refund of amount we already paid for which the staff told to get the same from Agoda through which we have booked rooms. Upon our insisting to have contact persons no at Agoda the counter staff provided us mobile numbers which were found to be not existing. We found it unsympathetic treatment by the hotel staff that 4 of us were all senior citizens. And also staff at the reception counter were very rude.
