Really bad experience. We were the only people in there and the waiter was watching an Avengers movie really loudly by the front door while we were there. We ordered Aloo Gobi, which was actually superb, some breads, which were good, and a dhal tarka. I’ve been coming to India since 1993 and must have eaten over 150 Dhal Tarka so I know when it’s not right. This one tasted like it had petrol in it, a horrible chemical taste, so we said we didn’t want it. Now everyone makes mistakes, I have no problem with that, but it’s how you deal with those mistakes. The waiter took the dish away and we were expecting him to offer us something fresh but no literally a minute later he came back out with the same dish but with loads of butter added to try and mask the taste. We asked for the bill and he bought it with the dhal still on the bill. I said I’m not paying for it and left the money minus the dhal. I tried to talk to the waiter to explain the situation but he ignored us like a little child, putting his head down and refusing to look at us. A shame as if the aloo gobi was anything to go by they can cook here but they need to learn some customer service.

We had booked a royal executive room 3 months ago but as if we were in our guest hotel, we were given a normal room when we paid 6048/-. Because our guest belongs to VIP category. Earlier we had called the hotel and told that he was our VIP guest and there should be no problem of any kind. Even after knowing everything, we did not behave properly with our guest. Even when we entered the room, Came to sweep the room in front of our guest, even the cockroach were coming out, there was a foul smell coming from the room. We were also embarrassed by the way our guests were treated but the hotel team did not notice any difference. That's why I am requesting everyone not to book this hotel. Thank you.
