Well I'm writing this review as the reception staff here have shown their extraordinary services. I called them repeated times and they keep on cutting my calls for no reason. One can only imagine at what level their services would be.

Very very poor service. 1. Resturant - proclaims itself to be the best restaurant in Gwalior. The food is strictly okay. The service is pathetic to say the least. No manager, very limited staff. It took them 45 mins to get just simple dal tadka and jeera rice. The restaurant was at 40% capacity. It wasn't just us who was complaining. Everyone else sitting at the tables were frustrated. Despite complains, I was charged for everything without any apology. 2. Rooms - Good rooms. Clean. Hygienic. The issue - at 2am, there was a very foul smell in my room. From where? No one knows. I was given another room. That was suffocating with smoke smell. Unbearable. Given a 3rd room at 230am finally. All this unsettled me for the long day ahead and I'm sure I will not recommend this for anyone to stay in. 3. Location - right opposite the railway station, next to a mall. So getting in and out is ridiculous and time consuming. Honking by autos to the next level. Mr Chandra as manager was extremely rude and unapologetic.

Booked this pathetic hotel for our prestigious Client & His stay at this hotel was marred by overcharging for an early check-in that was denied by the hotel staff . After a 12-hour flight, and over night train journey we were left waiting for 1.5 hours. After repeatedly showing them our online transaction for early check in they were acting clueless because an irresponsible fellow staff didn’t inform them about it. They do not have basic etiquettes to offer water / tea / coffee to their guests who are waiting . adding to the frustration the staff kept fighting amongst them selves instead of solving the issue. Disappointing experience overall.

I spent a week at Park Inn Gwalior in November, and overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms were consistently neat and clean, maintained daily. However, the breakfast experience was subpar, with limited variety and room for improvement in taste.

I just checked into the hotel and I have experienced the worst service ever. As we are a family of 3 so we booked for a double room with a King size bed but to our surprise they gave us a room with twin bed and also said that we are completely sold out and can't do anything at this hour. When asked that why did they even accepted the booking if such was the case the gentleman named Pragyan at the reception said that he wasn't there in the shift when we booked and over and above that when I demanded to speak to the manager. Their manager Jitender Tomar was not available to speak. This is the least you expect to face at a 4 star property and when the prices are as good as many 5 stars. Will never ever visit again.

The rooms are spacious and courteous staff. Though I believe they need to increase the staff strength as I faced issues with the cooling system from day one and by third night only they were able to temporarily fix it during the night even after repeated reminders. The location and connectivity is excellent. It is located adjacent to DB Mall, lots of food options nearby though the restaurant food is also decent. It has a decent open parking space. Guard at the hotel entrance was very helpful as he guided us to some local market areas to explore. Tour & Travel associated with the hotel is highly recommended. Though we have our own vehicle but if you are exploring Gwalior I would highly recommend to opt for this option. Breakfast - It was ok, not many food options with space constraint as well.

The hotel is nice with a good shower. Bed is nice and firm. The hotel itself is a boutique sized one. The chef was excellent and we were able to get food spiced down to the level we wanted. Breakfast was good. One area they can do better is to offer Gluten free choices in breakfast and also their rotis. They have Gluten free alternative posters, but almost everything other than Poha and Idli include Gluten. I cut one star because of a lack of a work desk. In this day and age, most travelers would be using a laptop and do some work too. They have a coffee table and sofa, which is like the 90s design. Otherwise, the staff were very polite and friendly. I did not hear noise from the road and the AC was working real good. I look forward to staying at this hotel again If I visit Gwalior.

A very comfortable, clean, convenient place. Cost effective too. Right across the Gwalior station. You just have to cross the road and there it is. Central location means everything is equi-distance. They could have provided a writing table. That was one thing missing for me. Rest all fantastic. Will stay there again.

Worth, other properties in Gwl are not up to the mark. Overall a blissful stay. However much to catch up on the service standards comparing it with other Radisson properties

Really not a Radisson type property. It is also hard to locate. Staff was friendly. We ate at the mall next door. Back side of the hotel is junkyard and we had to change the room, which they have accommodated.

Modern, Spick And Span Hotel But Some Major Flaws Stayed for a night, mixed experience! 1. Reception staff refused to give 2nd key card but some illogical reason 2. Match box size rooms. 3. Extremely poor design of rooms - tiny room but almost equal size balcony which is unusable area. 4. Restaurant is extremely short on capacity. 5. Excellent restaurant staff, very prompt. 6. Rooms are modern and excellent looking. 7.great location 8. Poor noise proofing in the room. 9. Would not call it value for money!

The Service is a big big problem. For everything you need, you got to call them again and again. Extremely lethargic staff. It’s been 2 days since I await the call from the hotel manager and it’s time for me to leave. The front desk person ‘Varun’ has very little knowledge and can’t help out for even basic stuff. Whether you call for water or tea, or laundry bag, or to clean the table, nothing happens till you keep reminding them. And if you have a genuine problem, they won’t address it but just ignore it. The room otherwise is clean and food is decent. But a hotel to not have basic hospitality at its core, is a serious problem. Dint expect this ever from any brand of radisson. Quite shameful.

Feeling extremely happy to stay here from check in to check out. All amenities provided by the hotel is Par Excellence . I wish Radisson Group keep it the way we received. Breakfast was continental and lots of options to cater, well, there is always an abundance here in Park Inn by Radisson. Hats off to the management committee and the staff members who are taking care of the hotel in well in all the aspects. God Bless you all.

Rooms cleanliness, modern design interiors and convenient location next to a mall and the Railway station are the best part of the stay. Solo travelers can walk from the station to the hotel if they just have a light bag. Dining staff is good in service but food especially North Indian or non-vegetarian is pathetic. Reception is kind in accomodating where possible. Overall will like to stay there again now that I know what not to expect from them.

The quality of the hotel has deteriorated over time. The charges are high in comparison to the services and quality offered. The rooms, which show visible signs of dampness and seepage, do not justify the cost. The staff does not meet the standards of a 4 or 5-star hotel. The restaurant is also disappointing. The staff seems inexperienced, with the manager often serving customers, indicating a possible staff shortage. The buffet breakfast is poorly managed. We had a particularly bad experience when we ordered a meal to our room one night. We fell severely ill the next day and it took us more than a week to recover. It seems that the hotel is not focused on improving its services. Instead, it appears to be exploiting its monopoly in Gwalior, where there are few good hotels. They seem to be in complete denial about the issues present.

This hotel is bang opposite the railway station. For business travellers, the location is good for easy commuting. But for others, you will not like the sound and noise of announcements from the station and since closer to the station, there are a lot of hustle & bustle. Rooms are small. The only respite is the open balcony.

The room was small but i got a balcony. The food was good. The staff was good. Only thing they should start delivering the out side food from reception to rooms. Pleasent stay.

Room balcony had not been dusted in a long time. Breakfast area was too small and limited items only, which got over even before breakfast service ended.

Rooms were very good. Food was very delicious and hospitality was simply amazing. Mr Arvind helped us warmly at restaurant. We will visit again.

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet had decent spread and was value for money. Couple of small points for people to know: 1. The room did not have a work desk which was a little inconvenient 2. The entrance of the hotel is right opposite the railway station, so the road is super busy and it is difficult to enter and exit from the property.

Like always have had an excellent stay. The staff here is the main reason I come back. The warmth, the smiles and the ‘Yes I Can’ attitude make this a wonderful place to stay in Gwalior. Our favourite!!

The food and ambience is excellent. The dining hall is small and at times the service is slow. The location is perfect. If you have small kids and are interested in mall hopping, DB mall is just a few steps away. The overall experience is very good.

Awesome stay.. I have stayed in multiple Radisson hotels, but this one has the best room. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Cafeteria is modern and food taste is also good. Location is USP of this hotel. It is next to DB mall, walkable distance from railway station and bus stand. Hospitality is really good at the hotel and room service is very quick. Anyone can book this hotel blindly.
