I specifically called before to make sure that there was no rush and I ll get my hair done asap but even after reassuring me, when I reached there they asked me to wait for 45 mins. The whole concept of making an appointment is to make sure you get things done in time. I hope my message gets to whoever the manager is there. I kean no disrespect , but please pay attention on this part as well. Customer interaction should be better. I told them I had an appointment and they were just ignorant.

We had confirmed the prices over the call and the services that we were going to take and the lady over the call confirmed. When we reached there they increased the prices and also asked us to first wait for the services and when we waited for about 40 min for one pedicure they denied by saying that we have pre booking and no one arrived until i was there. When i inquired about the same to the reception lady she just said that they need to wait for more 20 minutes and we kept waiting and no services was provide even after an hour. So if you are not interested on giving services then kindly not waste anyone's time by just asking them to wait.

This was the most trust worthy unisex salon for all during covid times and still the same in all terms like staff behaviour, Services,hygiene,hair cut for kids,done nicely several times always.

Good service. I prefer Anjum for the beautification services in Central India. She is an experienced beautician and behaves well. The place maintains hygiene and is equipped with good staff. I however am not very fond of services related to hair (haircut). That is quite average. Thanks.

Oh my one and only destination for hai dressing even I am not living in this city but I only take hair cut here by Irfaan bhai he is amazing
