I recently stayed at Hotel Ramaya for a corporate event and was very impressed. The staff was exceptional and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The conference facilities were top-notch. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers

Visited on multiple occasions. The staff is friendly and supportive.We had organised our kids birthday party here. They help in every possible way to fit in your customisations for decoration, food beverages. Everyone love the food they served. specially there staters were hot point. Staff was so helpful for arranging every thing we asked for.

Stayed for a family vacation to Gwalior. Rooms are extremely dirty and there is too much dust under the bed. Toilets are stained.. sofa is sinking and torn. We asked for a replacement but it was not replaced. Breakfast is tasteless and the menu is repeated every single day. The only good thing about this place is the location and the staff. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Hopefully management will take charge of the upkeep of the hotel

On checking in tv was not working. After 3 to 4 reminders ot was made operational @ 10.30pm. Bath rooms lights blinking but was estored promptly. Food quality was very good so also decor & cleanliness

It was a short trip to Gwalior,we found this hotel very convenient in terms of location & pricing .Its room service was great ,rooms were very clean & well lit .Tasty food . One thing could be updated in their washrooms is -if the washbasin could be used a bit more deeper as the flat washbasin spills the water on your clothes .

Avoid if possible. For the prices charged the hotel is not worth. Rooms are small and not well maintained. The food is good when ordered in room - the breakfast is lousy. Bathrooms are stained and need upgrade big time. For this tariff you have better options in Gwalior

Food Is ok i will give 7 out of 10 but i will definitely give 9 out of 10 for service. Staff is polite, helpful & decent.

Ok ok type hotel. Location is not good. Buffet is ok ok. Better options are available in other hotels.

Near to the railway station. Rooms are big and spacious . Washroom had a stench everytime we entered the room. The service is quick and accessible but some amenities need more care( boiling kettle was broken and dirty, had to call for a new one ).

I stayed here for a night to catch a next day flight. It's an excellent hotel in terms of service, stay and room. The ac was not working properly and the problem solved promptly. Later at night ac turned off itself, i guess it is because of pre timer. Management needs to ensure that ac are serviced before customer asked for it and look at the ac getting off at night by itself.

The quality of hotel is good but there service are pathetic. Staff are good with well behaved manner. Rooms are quite good with good location of the hotel. The food was ok I was there for a family function there are frequent power cut and there backup power supply also not working properly.

Had dinner at Wings BBQ (roof top). Nice menu. Many options available. One of the best buffets in Gwalior.

Nice place with good ambiance. Booked blanket hall for a birthday party. Size of the hall is adequate for a good number of persons gathering. Food quality and taste is also good. Both starters and main courses were in good in taste. Overall good experience!! 😊

Fully comfortable It was very comfortable & pleasant stay. It is quite clean property, near to railway station. Pick up & drop facility is there on request. Room is quite good & big. Staff is very cooperative. Food quality is superb.

Barbeque is too expensive. Rooftop is exclusively for BBQ. The restaurant is downstairs.

The hotel room itself was strictly okay. The toilet in our Executive room had stains that looked suspiciously like urine stains. I am giving 4 stars purely for the service of the staff. They are very courteous, helpful and polite. Even the food was good and served with such great hospitality.

Poor service, I attend a conference out there which is for min. 50 persons, but even after 30 plates picked up, PAV are out of stocks and they never serve again, not even this after couple of minutes SPRING ROLL as snacks are also out of stock, they don't even have plain onion to serve. Their are 20 more guest so they ask for more plates even after knowing that they don't have food to serve they place 20 more plates at counter so they got payment for 20 more plates without serving them food. When we ask the staff about above paav & spring roll for 30 min, they said "aa raha hai bas 5 min" that 5 min never happen, when we loudly ask him and ask them to call ur manager, they told us that they don't have PAAV & don't have spring rolls. When manager comes just do a formality and goes away. PATHETIC STAFF & SERVICE..

The rooms were unclean, especially the toilet. I gave them 4 stars only for the staff - they are very friendly, helpful, cordial and nice.
