The
decoration
and
the
room
were
nice
constructed,
but
badly
maintained.
The
day
receptionist
will
not
be
helpful.
I
pre
booked
the
room
through
make
my
trip,
I
reached
at
evening
8pm
where
the
receptionist
told
me
that
rooms
were
still
not
ready,
and
I
had
to
wait.
After
20
mins,
he
allocated
me
a
room
at
3rd
floor.
I
found
the
room
floor
was
dirty,
the
bed
were
not
clean
enough,
there
were
lot
of
hairs
lying
around
and
the
toilet
was
also
not
clean.
Saw
cigarette
buds,
no
drinking
water,
no
toiletry
(which
infact
you
get
in
all
Oyo
rooms).
I
called
immediately
to
receptionist
from
the
room,
where
his
answer
was
that
they
don't
have
cleaning
staff,
and
as
you
need
to
check
out
early
just
see
if
bed
is
clean.
I
went
to
reception
and
ask
for
the
Oyo
owner
number,
where
I
didn't
find
any
answer.
I
called
helpline
of
MakeMyTrip,
which
took
lot
of
time
to
connect.
MakeMyTrip
called
the
reception
where
receptionist
told
that
he
will
try
other
staff
to
clean
the
room.
I
again
went
to
room
after
confirmation
that
the
room
is
cleaned.
I
checked
and
found
that
they
staff
floor
and
room
was
still
not
cleaned.
The
behaviour
and
attitude
of
staff
was
major
issue.
They
don't
treat
you
as
guest.
Finally
I
had
to
book
another
hotel
at
night
10:30pm.
I
will
not
recommended
this
guest
house.
There
are
many
other
good
hotels,
book
that
even
if
they
cost
few
more
bucks.
