Don't go here. Bill is the bomb. And what's more, they don't even listen to what the patient says, and they diagnose based on what they want. Wow, this is seriously amazing.. I definitely do not recommend this place. Do not waste your energy. Dr. Kim never listens to patient information and prescribe based on his personal judgment which was totally wrong. Even I know what it is. Smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

My rating is with Dr.Jae young Lee It is about Dr. Jin an Kim. These two doctors consult patients in a very rude tone. In addition, they treat patients in a hurry without sincerity and answer without sincerity. A few days ago, my mom went to this place to get a prescription for a new blood pressure medication because her blood pressure rose to 170even though she had been taking blood pressure medication for over a week and she had a severe headache. But Dr. Jin An Lee told my mom, "High blood pressure doesn't kill you right away." When my mom heard the doctor's rude comments, my mom was very upset and decided not to go here again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Dr. Lee doesn't listen to any information we provided, and refused to give any medication, referral, or even any diagnosis. I was involved in a pretty big accident and with my medical history, I asked him if I should take any cautions for working at a desk all day. He thought I was simply asking for a doctor's note to get out of work, which already had been excused. When I told him that I am asking for his opinion as a medical professional - not to get out of work - he just said "just work, but stop when it starts hurting." A 5 year old could've told me that. I go to the doctor to learn what I don't already know about my health and how I should take care of my body, because a doctor is someone who studied and specialized in human health for at least 10-20 years. This doctor's visit was a huge waste of time and energy that I don't already have from my injury. Definitely won't be going back to see him ever again. He should might as well have his doctor's license revoked, since he doesn't practice any medical profession. I am seeing other negative reviews only for the same doctor, and this tracks. I hope this clinic realizes how much financial and reputational damage this one doctor is bringing to the clinic.

Dr. Jaeyoung Lee and all the staff at the hospital were complimentary and provided thorough and detailed treatment. I was worried about choosing a doctor since I moved from another state, but I think I made an excellent choice.

I’ve been here for several years and left. Providers don’t know what they’re doing. They are notorious for misdiagnosis and over simplifying care. I’ve met other people who have been victims of misdiagnosis and has led them to extreme critical hospitalizations and severe illnesses. Find yourself a place of care that has providers who actually know what they’re doing.

My rating is for Dr. Jae young Lee in particular in this practice. While the staff at this office might offer you great service for health evals for the green card application, Dr. Lee serves as the worst PCP ever. First, even though I have seen him several years for annual evaluations, he did not even realize that I was his patient. He couldn't be bothered more to look into my history just to recogize I came here as a regular patient. Not until I told him I was pre-diabetic, he didn't look into my chart and he just wanted to dismiss me without even discussing the results saying it's all fine. Of course, he did not know nor wanted to talk about the result I had from an early endoscopy and just rushed out the office. As he left, he literally told me that he doesn't recognize the medical term which described the result of my endoscopy. The first two questions, he would willingly listen and answer but if you ask him more than that, he would dismiss you and he gets annoyed. Not only does he not care about his patients but also lacks in his knowledge as a doctor. If you are going to use this office as an urgent care it would work but never as a PCP! I got the feeling that this practice (by this I mean Dr. Lee) takes advantage of people who can only speak Korean since they don't have many other options. Have some respect for your patients!

A hospital established as a business? What is the patient's voice? Why is it deteriorating like this?

Since I didn't have insurance, I looked into the prices of vaccinations (shingles, pneumonia, tetanus), and all the prices were more expensive than other hospitals. Even the pneumonia vaccination was twice as expensive.

This clinic was recommended to me by my sister, and have the best service. They get things done very quick and efficiently. They were even able to help me out when I was on deadline for my student vaccination form. Overall, super clean and professional, will continue to go here for all my health needs!

I took 92 years old elderly woman to Dr. Kim for her hard of breathing and dizziness. Our appointment was 3pm. But we were just waiting in the room till 4:10pm without seeing doctor yet. And I noticed that someone who made appointment at 3:30 got treated and leaving the office. We confronted and the manager said that since the old lady is a new patient, the Dr. saw the patient that he had seen first. I will not see this office anymore treating patients with no respect.

Great Family doctor and excellent staff. When I visited once then I never felt like going to another doctor.

I would give it 5 stars if not for the office employees. They are constantly forgetting information and not calling back so you have to consistently call them back. I do agree with some comments that the practice is taking advantage of people that have to come here due to the language barrier.

Dr. Kim and Dr. Lee are truly amazing . They really care and focus on YOU. in all categories: mental, physical and emotional health. They have helped me TREMENDOUSLY in my journey of life and I’m extremely grateful for everything they’ve done for me. They’re the best!! (Seriously!)

It's pretty easy to schedule. Dr. Kim cares about patients and office staffs seem nice too. Self pay rates are also very reasonable.

Doctor Kim Jin-an told me to take the medicine on my own because my sugar level was not going down.
