Their cooks suck, cheesesteak not chopped fine nor the veggies making for an unfulfilling experience. Go to Great wraps instead they cut the meat on a rack straight into sandwich.

Ordering took a while which was fine. The problem came in when we got the food we ordered. This is an absolute joke!!!! There wasn’t even enough meat and toppings to fill a sub half it’s size. The fries they we got were soggy. I can go on and on about how horrible this experience but I’ll let the pictures do the talking.

This was my first time eating here and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I got the Philly Cheese steak (there's something about eating exactly what a food establishment is known for) with fries. I especially loved the cheese and mushrooms and their fries were really good too. I will definitely be back to try another sub. I recommend giving this place a shot you won't be disappointed.

Imagine my surprise, as a normal raving fan, when I walked up to this location 20 minutes before their hours say they're closed to see a guy wiping down the glass on the front, the menus turned off, and everything put up on a Friday night? I very politely ask me if I could place an order to only be told - no. I asked what time they normally closed and they said 9:00 p.m. So, I asked if there was an equipment problem because it was only 8:40 p.m. and the answer was - no sorry. It is just sad and ridiculous when food establishments treat customers this way. As a business owner I would have said "what can I get for you sir"! I have been coming here for years and am not sure that I would return after being treated like this...

When my wife ordered her food she specifically asked for no onions. As she watched him make her food and before she could stop him he dumped a handful of onions on her sandwich. OK so mistakes happen but when she pointed it out he just scraped the onions off and presented it to her with bits of onion and the juice still all in it. If that is how servers are trained Charley's should be ashamed. They just lost a customer.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. It is absurd how inconsiderate the servers are here. Not only will you receive extremely slow service but expect your order to come out incorrectly. I have given this location multiple opportunities to have better service since the food here is really good. The outcome is unfortunately always the same. They used to give a reasonable amount of ingredients in the philly but now they are cheeping out a lot. My small philly had a singular tomato. My suggestion, since this restaurant is already in the mall I would recommend an alternative to this location.

Picked up order placed/paid online, location is inside the mall, and there is only ONE spot to park for "Food Delivery Pickups", with a 5min time limit. Had to wait in line, behind 3 people, just to get order. Since there were employees standing around, it would have been nice if one had just handed me my already paid order. Ordered a small teriyaki chicken sandwich... it was lacking on substance. Dry, only had a half a tomato slice, and tasted more of the bread then the actual teriyaki chicken. I do like that though toasted, the bread isn't crumbling away like most other places that toast their sandwiches. The woman checking people out was very polite and friendly, but the only person to help. This was a group order, and I do like how names were written on each order.

I've reviewed this place before and it was not good. My sandwich was soggy and had way too much sauce. I don't know if the cooks were different this time, but my food was much better. I never have a problem with the costumer service. The cashier is always nice. My only gripe is that they ran out of honey mustard, which is what I normally get on my sandwich. They need a list of sauces so if they run out of one, people know what their choices are.
