I've been in the beauty business since 1978. I've worked for salon owners, in the corporate salon as well as had my own business. I've found the Phenix Salon Suites to be very friendly and accommodating. When I chose the Mall of Georgia location I was impressed. We have had one suite owner already expand her business to her own location. She is doing very well. There are a variety of reasons why someone might choose a Suite atmosphere. Some want a little freedom to expand their services free of the Corporate no. Some want to have their own salon and realize that a suite is an excellent way to build and move up to their own free standing space with their name on the door. I am choosing to be at Phenix because I'm coming to the time for retirement. I've found the managing partners here to be exceptionally interested in our success. They are always on top of everything. Love Love Love Phenix Salon Suite! The company is such a great company to work with! They really care about your business and are here to support the growth of your business!! When I first came to Phenix Salon Suites, I was looking all over for a place to rent. I was a new business owner with only a hand full clients living on a dream and a prayer. I was also pregnant at the time as well. When I met Karen and Nicole they were so supportive and so kind and were always willing to help in anyway possible! The company also offered a maternity leave package which was amazing!! Can't say enough great things about Phenix except now... 2 years later... we have all become family and don't plan on leaving this place ever!!

I was in need of a new look for an upcoming wedding and Alex was able to take me in a short amount of time!! I had a closure sew-in done and she was attentive, skilled, and very accommodating to my preferences. I highly recommend her and I look forward to more appointments with her!!

The Phenix Salon Suites are amazing! One can go there and receive multiple services (hair, facials, and massages) in one location without feeling overwhelmed. The atmosphere is fantastic, both relaxing and professional. The stylists and estheticians are amazing. All really enjoy their profession and super happy with the concept of having their own independence and ownership. What a great concept! I met the owner, Karen, while I was there. She was amazing not only with the customers, but with all the business professionals. I sat back, watched and absorbed the encouragement and knowledge she offered. A true pioneer!!!

Phenix Salon Suites of Buford is fabulous! I have been there many times, and my experience each and every time has been phenomenal! I love how each of the stylists and estheticians has their own individual private and cozy suites. It makes be feel like I am at a high-end hotel spa! The entire complex is immaculate. I have a good friend whose daughter is looking to begin her own small business in the luxury spa industry after graduation, and I recommended for her to contact the owner, Karen Perry. Karen was very professional, personable, and informative during the tour. My friend raved about the time Karen spent and the attention to detail that she provided regarding all their suites and services. I highly recommend Phenix Salon Suite of Buford, both as a client and for potential small business owners. Great location, service providers, and owners!

I LOVE Phenix Salon Suites! I have worked in salons since I was 15 years old and have never come across such a beautiful, well kept, family oriented salon until I came to Phenix Salon Suites. The managing partners Nicole and Karen are amazing to work for and want nothing but the best for every salon professional that rents from them. It is truly a pleasure coming to work everyday! Beautiful place, but there was Loctician with glasses and dreadlocks there I believed to be fairly new who smelled like body oder and Marijuana when passing me then heard her yelling obscenities in a phone argument using the “ N word” profusely I was extremely uncomfortable. That word should never be used and the professionalism was nonexistent. I will not be returning nor do I think it is a safe space. Although everyone has their own private suite something still was unsettling about the experience. If I could give zero stars I would I also suffer from anxiety so anyone likewise should avoid this place at all cost.
