This was my last appointment for this part of my body. My results have been great. I was shocked at the amount of hair that I was able to get rid of. This location in Buford is 10/10. Kaitllin was awesome! I highly recommend. Thanks to all the ladies in this office.

Everyone was very friendly and professional… my first experience with injectables and everything was thoroughly explained… and all questions were answered… It was a wonderful experience and I thank all staff members especially Kaitlyn my nurse and Wendy at the front desk. Highly recommend the Buford location.

Wendy at the front desk is extremely nice and very helpful and always willing to do what she can’t resolve. Any issues that you might have is great customer service Rory is also exceptional at what she does.

I had an early appointment and it was easy breezy, in and out very fast. Everyone was very personable. The technician was knowledgeable of the equipment to use for my skin type. She was very informative and gentle. Overall it was a great experience. I have been coming to this location for many years and the customer service is always wonderful.

I’ve only had two sessions but during both I felt so welcomed by everyone. I love my results so far. Also love how they explain everything on how it’s going to feel during and what you should expect to happen after the treatment.

I love Buford's staff as they are knowledgeable, consistent and personable. I don't care for the policy of paying an annual fee for lower costs, particularly when the customer doesn't need or want additional services. It's not the best "carrot". I do believe loyalty programs work, but a different program for physical care might be better. How about just lower prices than your competition? The storefront seems busy enough as it is, and it would free up associate hours to spend not on selling, but actually providing more services. As an MBA, you may wish to check out the math on this.

I was able to get scheduled the same day as my consultation for laser hair removal! The staff is sweet and informative. I accredit myself for having a high tolerance to pain, so for me this was a walk in the park. I was in and out in under an hour! Can’t wait for my follow up in 8 weeks.
