    I picked a mobile order up through the drive-thru and headed home. When I arrived home and opened my food, I noticed there was a bite taken out of the sandwich. I was in complete disgust to the point that I threw up. Additionally, there was melted cheese on it although I did not order cheese on the sandwich. I called the store, and the employee was very rude. When I described the situation to the employee, she acted like she couldn't hear me. It seemed like she acted like she couldn't understand me as if I don't speak English although I am a fluent English speaking American. Finally, she handed the phone to the manager. She was also not much help because she said she couldn't do anything unless I bring the sandwich back to the store. It was a huge inconvenience that I was already home and had to drive all the way back to their store. Once I got to the store, the manager gave me a refund and a replacement sandwich. Additionally, the manager told me she was in complete shock and had no words to resolve this matter. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who frequently orders from Chick-Fil-A and goes to this location weekly, I am very disappointed and sad to experience such unpleasant quality and service.

    I placed my order sitting at the red light literally not even 5 minutes later I was walking out their door , order in hand. The gentleman who gave it to me was very polite. The food was hot and fresh. I have never tried this location before but I think this is my new go to heading to work.

    The past couple of times I’ve been here the drive thru takes entirely to long, employees are just standing around or on their phones, zero attention to any customers. And today, I paid for a club and received a piece of grilled chicken on a bun…no cheese, no bacon…nothing. I didn’t notice until I got back to work and didn’t have time to return.

    Chick-fil-A has always had good food, one of my favorite places to grab on the go. But today was not the case, my chicken biscuit has a wig hair in it. Totally disgusting.

    I am updating this review on 12/9/2023. One of my favorite menu is kale crunch. I ordered it with some mediem wafgle fries around 4:15 pm. The kale crunch came soggy with not fresh kales and waffle fries came with tiny debries mostly. I asked a crew to check the status of kale crunch and replace woth another one. They accepted it and brought a new one in about 4 or 5 minutes. Then they dodn't put dressing because it would make it look like soggy again. The kales were better but not that fresh and they shouldn't omit putting the saurce or dressing that was supposed to be in the kale crunch. I didn't bother to ask them again. I hope they get some passion back from 4 years ago. Now one of favorite menu, kale crunch, will not be ordered again in this place.

    Food always fresh! I have had a lot of items missing from my last couple of mobile orders so remember to check before you pull off.

    every1 was kind except the girl that took my order in drive thru kept rushing me saying IS THAT ALL? like i literally couldn’t even think. wish i got her name because every1 else was great. also my hashbrowns were pretty cold i opened them soon as i left but there is too much traction at this location to turn around.

    Can’t believe I’m posting this, like who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A but unfortunately me today. Super cold old hash browns had a stale taste, tea was horrible, and I still paid for it because I didn’t have time to wait on something else after waiting in line for my initial order. This location is always packed my first time stopping here very disappointed. Chick-fil-A as far as being a fast food restaurant they’re usually always on point but no no not here. New manager please because clearly we’re not hiring the right team because they’re most definitely dropping the ball I’m actually kinda in disbelief.
