I
picked
a
mobile
order
up
through
the
drive-thru
and
headed
home.
When
I
arrived
home
and
opened
my
food,
I
noticed
there
was
a
bite
taken
out
of
the
sandwich.
I
was
in
complete
disgust
to
the
point
that
I
threw
up.
Additionally,
there
was
melted
cheese
on
it
although
I
did
not
order
cheese
on
the
sandwich.
I
called
the
store,
and
the
employee
was
very
rude.
When
I
described
the
situation
to
the
employee,
she
acted
like
she
couldn't
hear
me.
It
seemed
like
she
acted
like
she
couldn't
understand
me
as
if
I
don't
speak
English
although
I
am
a
fluent
English
speaking
American.
Finally,
she
handed
the
phone
to
the
manager.
She
was
also
not
much
help
because
she
said
she
couldn't
do
anything
unless
I
bring
the
sandwich
back
to
the
store.
It
was
a
huge
inconvenience
that
I
was
already
home
and
had
to
drive
all
the
way
back
to
their
store.
Once
I
got
to
the
store,
the
manager
gave
me
a
refund
and
a
replacement
sandwich.
Additionally,
the
manager
told
me
she
was
in
complete
shock
and
had
no
words
to
resolve
this
matter.
It
was
very
disappointing
and
unprofessional.
As
a
customer
who
frequently
orders
from
Chick-Fil-A
and
goes
to
this
location
weekly,
I
am
very
disappointed
and
sad
to
experience
such
unpleasant
quality
and
service.
