Worker (front desk) is trash, he try his best to dodge work. So he does his best to make sure you are not accommodated. Told me to call their customer service number at 1am instead of helping, this was after he made me wait 2hr for the reservation to come through and they told me it did. It is a worker issue at the site

We reserved a room here on Expedia and we went to check in they had a sign on the door stating no rooms available . We went to the receptionist and he stated they had no rooms available so I asked for a refund he stated to call Expedia to get refund, Expedia called them to verify that this is true about no rooms available and hotel management told Expedia no one checked in and that there was a room available for the reservation. I would not recommend booking a room with them online. We did not get our refund.

Dirty room , dirty shower and toilet Doors are broken and a strong smell of weed an cigarettes inside the room. It’s loud outside the whole night. At least the staff was friendly. 1 star for the staff 0 for the room

My husband booked this hotel for 2 nights upon seeing amazing photos of the hotel. On arrival, there were suspicious looking people around but thought it couldn’t get any worser. The stairway has a terrible smell and the room smells old too. There are about 3 lamps in the room but only one works. Long story short, we were terrified so we booked another hotel and checked out first thing in the morning. Safety concerns.

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. When we first got there, we tried to turn on the lights and nothing happened. Turns out the two main lamps in the room didn't even have light bulbs in them. The only light we had was from one lamp across the room and the bathroom light, which we had to constantly keep on just to be able to see. We went to the front desk on our first night to ask for light bulbs, and they brushed us off because they were loudly arguing with someone. After we stood there for a bit, they said they would "see what they could do," but that it would probably take a day or two, even though we literally just needed the bulbs... We would have put them in the lamps ourselves; we weren't asking for much, I don't think... We stayed there for four nights and never got any light bulbs. The curtain rod was also broken, so we could barely close the curtains, and the baseboards near the bathroom were completely chipped away at the corners. There was a table and two chairs, but one of the chairs was broken so we couldn't use it. There were roaches outside on the steps, but thankfully none in the room from what we could see. Overall it was a truly disappointing experience, which is saying a lot because we're both jaded millennials who really don't expect much or ask for much, but hey, it taught us to thoroughly check the reviews before we ever book a hotel again. 🤷‍♀️

Not worth the money, really over priced and rooms need renovations badly. Need new appliances and everything, beds, side tables, dresser. Everything needs to be replaced and needs new paint on the wall. Needs new flooring, Needs new Everything. I mean everything. Make sure you check your rooms and are really okay with the whole room top to bottom before you pay to stay.

Well we stayed one night and it was a great experience. Checked out came back they gave us a room with wet carpet. Informed the Manager he said if we stayed another night he would give us a discount well that didn't happen wanted to charge us regular rate so we left. Then they ran my fiance's card three times and we were not there. We are disputing the charges but u know how long that will take. Never again!!!

Worst place to stay at the rooms are not worth it service was ok but the people like the owner is not a nice person I could of been killed and they didn't call the police plus they steal your property I would recommend that you never ever come here unless you do not care about you or your family safety .

I walked into the room and immediately smelled smoke. The bed looked like someone had just left and the bathroom looked like a crime scene. We asked for a refund but they gave us a hard time. We had literally walked in and walked out. I do not care if the booking was from another party. I did not stay since it was misleading.

It's a nightmare staying here. The non smoking room is full of cigarettes smell. Only one out of the four lamps in the room works. Saw a big roach in the bathroom and the bathroom door doesn't even close because it is broken. Things that you absolutely don't want to see while staying in a hotel, they got it all in one room!! What more can you ask for?

Worst ! Worst ! Worst ! First staff is good. Other than that there is nothing good to say about this place. Some criminal was knocking at our door at 3 am. My husband went downstairs to complain and check the camera. The security was sleeping, as if she is paid there to eat and sleep. Absolutely unsafe. We only took this hotel because we were waiting to get our apartment and we were not sure how many days it would take as we moved from another state. The ladies who clean the room are absolutely lazy. Even after asking them to clean the room she dint. Towels were not changed. The front staff wants to help but o don’t think they can make such idiots work.

They have single rooms but every time they see my white face they say they have no single rooms available yet when I called earlier to ask if they have single rooms available the receptionist said they always have a single room yet when we go there we get told no single rooms! Pretty racist not all white people have money to spend like that! This place is very racist

I would not recommend the rooms here at all. They need to renovate the entire building. I have switched to 5 different rooms in the 8 months I’ve been here. Total waste of money. Never come here bad nothing works don’t even waste your money. Me and my kids was in one room and we was in there with no AC for almost two weeks

The room was half clean. On top of that the guy at the counter was so rude & had a very nasty attitude. That place outside & around the building looks like a trap house. Drug infestive. If I could give something lower than a one star I would.

I can confidently say that this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The exterior is reasonably & the office is clean and modern, making my shock at entering my room all the more profound. My 'non-smoking' room (complete with an askew plaque that stated it was indeed, non-smoking) smelled so powerfully of cigarettes that it was like trying to sleep in a giant ashtray. I had to promptly wash every item of clothing I brought into that room as they now reak like the property of a 3 pack-a-day chain smoking chimney. The shower resembled something you'd see in a house of horrors complete with roaches, mold, burn marks, mysterious smells, & bizarre sounds that eminated from the pipes. One towel rack was half rusted, another was mostly broken off the wall, leaving just a tragic stump of metal with a towel tragically cast upon it. Lights were not correctly positioned over the bathroom mirror (the ones not burned out, of course) so that you were backlit and couldn't even see your own face in the mirror, but mearly a frightened shadow. The beds are medieval instruments of torture comprised of a heap of random, rusty springs that would make Vlad the Impaler proud. The ambience is completed by the homeless guy who was sleeping on the stairs & the couple who loudly argued with each other for a half-hour at 2 am in the parking lot over her alleged status as a street walker. You couldn't pay me to stay in this chamber of nightmares ever again.

There is something sketchy about the people running that hotel. I paid a deposit when I checked in and, they all of a sudden don't see it in the system, I just told them to keep it if they want it that bad, hopefully it can help the struggling hotel. They don't care about the patrons. They just want your money! And I don't need a response from the owner, just give me my money!!!!

Nice room. Very big and clean. Definitely worth the money just seems a little nicer than most in the area. No problem with staff very friendly especially the maintenance man who I dealt with briefly he did an outstanding job trying to help me.

There was a big sign that said free breakfast, continental breakfast. And they said they had nothing. I paid a $100 for that night and I had to wake up hungry. Both ices, machines are not operational. And there are always people outside the hotel and I'm pretty sure they didn't even stay there ima sue this place for advertising a free breakfast and then straight up telling you nah there is no breakfast after you pay.

****ALERT***** I would give it 0 stars but I can’t the lowest is 1 star. I booked a few rooms try Travelocity and when I checked in and we went to are rooms they were very dirty the were never cleaned before giving it to us. I canceled and reserved somewhere else. save yourself the time and don’t reserve this place

The Manager needs people skills training and learn HOW to say things to people. I understand some people may need a little kick in the butt per day yet not EVERYONE is gonna be rude unless your rude first! Please pray to whom you pray too and actually listen to tones of voice and give respect to whom show you respect!

Please do not stay here, is not safe i dont know how sanity or the city hasn’t shut down this place, upon my arrival the girl at the front desk let us outside and spoke to us from a window, at 1 o’clock in the morning just got here from the airport, she was very nasty and was cursing, she didn't do any effort to find my reservation, and after 20 mins she finally got it, when i walk into the room the smell and pollution and dust inside the room is horrible im afraid to get sick from this, sheet’s smells horrible and are broken, the air conditioning not working at all, omg the worst experience of my life! The city must send sanity here or close the place down, this is sick

Horrible stay away If you want to be involved in a drug deal or domestic dispute. Then this is the place for you. It was unsafe and unclean. The toilet overflowed and wouldn't stop running. It went to the rug. We had to move our stuff so it didn't wet. Management refused to do anything about the toilet, the fighting, or drunk people on the stairs. The elevator made a loud boom. The microwave was rusty. The fridge was dirty. The room stunk. The health department needs to shut this place down. I don't care how cheap it is. It is worth it to go somewhere else and pay a little more. I want to know what company owns this motel because I would like to speak with them.

The linens and bed were clean and comfortable. The room smelled decent. The staff were very courteous. However, there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and burn marks from cigarettes on the tub and AC Unit in a non-smoking room. Many of the lights in the room were not in working order and the security chain was missing. Trash in the hallway was not disposed of regularly and smelled as I passed and liquids ran from it across the corridor. The elevator did a pretty noticeable jerk up and down when stopping... if you were not aware it could cause someone to fall. They need to pay closer attention to detail.

Would not recommend...Just tried to pull over after a long ride.. They had rooms advertised online for $60... got to window , was refused a room and told had to book in advance with another 3rd party to get a room, and that they had no rooms available was told to me, but when my husband went to window the unprofessional, nasty attitude employee quoted my husband over $100 for a room, she didn't know it was my husband. So, definitely if you are Caucasian the response is "no rooms available " , if you are Hispanic she will attempt to charge you at least $100, and other nationalities I can't tell you what the response/excuse would be for why you can't rent a room. Also keep in mind they have a low star rating, so rooms aren't worth squat, plus parking lot was not full at all.

DO NOT COME HERE. So this what happened, we had to check out one hotel to get to another right, so we all know check in is between 2-3. So we get there bout 1 I didn’t mind waiting to check in my room was already paid for. So this where the problem came in, as we been sitting outside for already 45 mins he comes out to say I can’t have my stuff sitting there. Mind you, I’m homeless basically. Not only that it’s raining and I have a child with me. He canceled my reservation then called the police. It was embarrassing. I had 5 big trash bags with me a child and two other bags. Then we came in a Lyft. So where was I pose to move all this along with a child? It’s sad and these people just not it. Point is, this not even no known hotel so I don’t understand what was the issue. This why I don’t like dealing with my own race. It’s really sad and hurtful

Rooms are not clean and the cleaning staff doesn't like cleaning. Some of the front desk staff are friendly some are not the trash guy was our favorite he helped us out alot we wouldn't recommend this place unless desperate and as a last resort
