They have 1 nice employee. The rest including the manager are short and rude. I used to be an everyday regular. You have to ask for your food cooked extra or it’ll still be cold. The last time I went, I ordered my latte the same way I always do. With oatmilk and extra ice. I was basically given a cup of milk. Hardly tasted the coffee. With barely any ice floating at the top. I asked for it to be re-made and was given back the same thing. When I tried bringing it to their attention again, I was talked to like I was stupid. I know what a latte looks like. I order it everyday. As an overtired mother it’s the main thing I look forward to in my day. The manager and girl working alongside him just ignored me and made no effort to make me a normal latte. I threw the cup of milk away and never went back again. I think this location lost about $300 a month just off me. It’ll add up in the long run…. Get staff that makes an effort and cares.

Staff was very nice, even early in the morning! Food hot and fresh. Coffee was good with a nice group of choices but not so many that the baristas need a voice recorder to get the 15 item list of special twists to a drink.

Stopped by to grab a quick breakfast but everything I got was old and stale. The chicken was clearly double-cooked and what’s worse is that the second time it was cooked it had already been cut, so it was tough and hard to chew. I threw the whole meal away and went to McDonalds instead. This is definitely the last time I will visit this location, which is sad because I usually love food from this franchise, but this particular store is not good.

Went through the drive thru this morning at 8:40, and was met with a black cup of coffee filled to the brim that spilled on me in transition to my cup holder and that resulted in 2nd degree burns which I had to receive medical care for. I’ve been a regular here since they opened and never complain but lately I’ve had to stop and pour coffee out at the end of the drive thru because it’s so full. When I went in to complain I was offered $150 for my 1st medical visit only with the stipulation I sign something first lol, no apology, no offer to retrain their employees, no offer of a refund, and no offer to clean my car (which mind you is COVERED in coffee as it was an extra large). And the manager was doing that to get me out of her hair honestly, seeing as how she had to call HER boss to see what to do first. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to file a formal complaint, just ~do you know who gave you the coffee?~ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The guy running the drive through was EXTREMELY unprofessional, when my fiancé asked for a couple seconds to decide what she wanted. We were met in a condescending tone with “just letting you know we close in 10 min” like we were going to need 10 min to order. Then snatched her card from her at the window. If you’re not happy with your job, please don’t take it out of customers. We didn’t need 10 min to order. We needed 30 seconds lol. Will not be going back

They mess up every time I get an iced coffee. It taste so bad that I have to throw it out. I always say three creamer and three sugar at every Dunkin ( that's their default) I go to but this location make it the worst. It always taste bitter. Like they forget to put sweetener and it's just coffee and cream.

I ordered 2 Boston Creme donuts (from this location) and both were just thrown in the bag, chocolate left everywhere but on the donuts, napkins thrown above. This is seems to be the "normal" at all locations not sure why. I will continue to come by for my Charlie cold foam w/almond milk because I haven't had any issues with (& when I have because it was wrong-they have fixed it/another location) but I will not get anymore donuts from any of their locations.

I have visited this dunkin couple of times and service was awful all the times. We received something other than what was ordered once. Another time, though we scanned a valid coupon, they charged the original price and when we asked the staff, he was rude and was not even sorry for that. We asked for extra hot coffee and but it was nothing just a lukewarm water. I would never stop by this branch again!

This Dunkin is fast and friendly! Today, we went in the afternoon and ordered several drinks, but usually I would run through here in the mornings, and I’m probably in and out of the drive-through in 2 to 3 minutes.

Really bad food, and I ordered ehh sandwich without bacon.they put first bacon and after that removed bacon and give it to me.whole sandwich smells of bacon.cofee was also not good.I asked for liquid suger they told me next time we will charge extra for liquid suger how cold cofee have granulated suger

Tried again. Slow service inside. Dirty booths. Ice cream now. They don’t seem to clean overnight as the ice cream counter filthy with ice cream residue clearly from previous day. Please clean up so we can enjoy!

Absolutely amazing place to visit for there breakfast sandwiches. me and my husband always come here and we love it. My younger son loves there munchkins.The customer service is great employees always greet with a smile.

I come here alomost every other week and the employees are very amazing always making my drink very nice and I always get medium ice coffee with 3 cream and 5 caremal. And 3 donuts and they always taste fresh.

Great place for a quick run, specially if you got lots of things to do. Get the app, place an order, and it's ready and waiting by the time you pull up. Awesome service!

Absolutely horrible service. I walk inside and there are just two staff workers in the building. I walk in and stand at the register and I wait about 4 minutes and no one comes to take the order, they were not backed up or busy. Then one of the workers completely ignores me and goes to get a donut for one of the driver through orders. there was no courtesy to say “we’ll be with you in a minute” just completely ignores me. Absolute horrible service.

When I arrived on Wednesday, I ordered a chicken croissant, and there was a small black hair in it Absolutely GROSS!. Additionally, workers didn't want to work. nonstop on their phones. Poor poor service

Staff are always very friendly and service is very quick. I go there every weekday morning.

Doesn't honor free coffee Mondays. Sadly paid for day old coffee that tasted like something not legal for humans to consume.

The drive thru was quick, quality of food was awesome, customer service was on point.

Stopped in for some donuts for the kids that were fresh and the service was quick and with a smile! Can't beat that

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Came through the drive-through for 2 scoops of ice cream $6.97. 1st of all 2 scoops of ice cream shouldn't cost $7. Asked for the flavor gold metal ribbon through the window was told they don't have it. Asked if they were out, response, don't have it. Ok well do you usually have it? Or have you ever had it? Don't have it. Ok. I'm done. We were given 2 cups of ice cream with one spoon and 2 napkins wrapped around it. 3 people in the car. No explanation of what each one was. No thanks or have a nice day or sorry we didn't have what you came for, but glad you got something anyway. I'm definitely never coming back.

The age old question......Dunkin or Crispy Cream? My vote is Dunkin! Nothing against Crispy Cream but Dunkin just takes the cake. And the fact that we can get ice cream and milk shakes in a one stop shop just makes it that much sweeter!! Dad days equal Dunkin

The service is very bad and rude workers. We ordered some donut holes and they only provided half of what was ordered. So we called and told them and they just said, so. So we thought we would give them another chance. This time we got milk with donuts and the milk was spoiled. Never go there again.
