Went
through
the
drive
thru
this
morning
at
8:40,
and
was
met
with
a
black
cup
of
coffee
filled
to
the
brim
that
spilled
on
me
in
transition
to
my
cup
holder
and
that
resulted
in
2nd
degree
burns
which
I
had
to
receive
medical
care
for.
I’ve
been
a
regular
here
since
they
opened
and
never
complain
but
lately
I’ve
had
to
stop
and
pour
coffee
out
at
the
end
of
the
drive
thru
because
it’s
so
full.
When
I
went
in
to
complain
I
was
offered
$150
for
my
1st
medical
visit
only
with
the
stipulation
I
sign
something
first
lol,
no
apology,
no
offer
to
retrain
their
employees,
no
offer
of
a
refund,
and
no
offer
to
clean
my
car
(which
mind
you
is
COVERED
in
coffee
as
it
was
an
extra
large).
And
the
manager
was
doing
that
to
get
me
out
of
her
hair
honestly,
seeing
as
how
she
had
to
call
HER
boss
to
see
what
to
do
first.
She
didn’t
even
ask
if
I
wanted
to
file
a
formal
complaint,
just
~do
you
know
who
gave
you
the
coffee?~
