Very good burgers and amazing customer service. The burgers are made fresh as you order them and we’re amazing. I highly recommend this place!

This was our third visit. The first visit we had the shrimp and it was really good. It was hot and fresh. The second visit was our first time having custard. We got the vanilla custard with cookie dough topping. It was so good we decided to get it again. We almost like custard more than ice cream. It’s a different texture. This evening I went through the drive thru around 5pm. Both attendants had masks and gloves on and I love that. Going to places sometimes they don’t have masks on; especially not gloves. In these times everyone should.

This is my first time eating at a Culver’s. First impression through the drive thru was great. She was very patient. Lindsay was at the window and she was patient and very nice as well. They have a 100 on their inspection. Upon getting our drinks, we had to pull around to wait for the food which still wasn’t that bad. We ordered the Culver’s deluxe burgers and added bacon and I ordered the sweet tea to drink. The tea was ok it was maybe a few levels down from what I call “Southern sweet tea”, so it wasn’t bad but you can taste the tea portion of it. The food was hot and fresh. My burger was juicy but if you’re looking for a well seasoned burger this isn’t it. Overall, my first experience was a good one and I will return.

Easily a 5 star for this spot, the interior had me sold when I stepped in. The staff is friendly and have good chemistry with each other. They handed the food out to my table shortly after the order, and it was delicious. The value baskets average around $9 and is well worth it looking at how big the portions are. Definitely a solid choice for diner style burgers similar to smashburgers, and the concrete mixers are a good desert to have as well.

Went with my neighbor, who loves their "fish & chips!" We had the dinner, which comes with two sides, no drink. Everything was cooked fresh and hot. It's a little on the pricey side for a fast food restaurant. My neighbor had the two piece Cod dinner and I had the three piece dinner.

I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience here. It’s pleasant, even when busy. The team, no matter the hour, truly cares about the customer experience AND the order. Nothing but respect for the young men and women who work here. You can tell leadership matters to everyone here, and the proof is in the food! The fries: HOT The food: FRESH OH, The custard: DELICIOUS! I say try one of those lemon ices on a HOT day— it’s so refreshing.

The burgers are prepared consistently, fries are usually piping hot, with a slight crisp. I enjoy their beef burgers over the alternatives. Toppings are good but I always seem to want more lettuce but it's not so bad. Buns are always soft and would be perfect if they toasted them. The custard is great and I love the variety of mix in options. Also check for the $2 pints of custard. I hope they keep up the excellent customer service b/c that's really what keeps me going back.

Dined in! Absolutely the most polite staff. I tipped both of the employees who brought our food & custard. I asked a manager & said I was allowed. Clean & fast service on a really busy Saturday. Food was hot & fresh.

Every time I come to this location, the food and the customer service is always excellent! I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron at the drive-thru window and received great customer service! My food was hot, my custard was made with perfection with beautiful smiles to top it off. I will definitely be back!

Love their mushroom swiss burger! It would be 5 stars, but when you ask for no bun they should provide a fork!

We love the fried cod! They make all of our food fresh! Our family goes there every other Friday as a treat. The mixers are amazing! Everything is good there! Shoot! Go get you some!

My first experience was a couple of months ago, and the food was delicious. I love the Butter Burgers, however, I encountered a problem on my second visit, the burger didn't have all of the condiments that I ordered and my mother did not get her full order correctly. I was supposed to be mailed some certificates, but I never received them, however, Brittany one of the managers rectified the problem, and everything is A-OK. Her customer service skills were excellent. On my last visit I ordered the shrimp entree, fried shrimp with coleslaw and french fries, & it was absolutely scrumptious! the roll that comes with it was soft and tasted homemade. Yes, everything I've tried thus far is excellent. They provide a ticket to place on your rear view mirror, and they bring the order to the car.

Great juicy burger and fresh fries made my lunch perfect.

The food was great like always however the person taking my order either wasn't listening to my order or couldn't hear through the headset. Then when I corrected my order, you could tell she was getting irritated, either with me or whatever was going on. Either way it was fine. I will still come back for the delicious food.

Very good service! Not only was our food delivered to the table, but we recieved a follow up to make sure everything was good with our meals. The staff even went above and beyond to make sure the kids had a great time. Really different then your usual fast food dine in experience.

Culver's butter burger was good. Of fast food burgers, probably one of the best. Their fried cheese curds were also delicious. What impressed me most was their customer service. A friendly young man brought our meal out to our table. Wait wasn't terrible either. I don't know if I would go out of my to go there, bit overall a pleasant experience.

Tried the fish sandwich for the first time. It was excellent! Onion rings were also excellent. I will most definitely return when I want fish. My husband's mushroom swiss burger was also very good. Overall, great experience.

Our burger & roast beef were good. The featured ice cream/custard was Caramel Turtle. My favorite. I treated myself with a cup…big problem. There was no caramel at all. But there was chocolate. I would suggest teaching the employees the proper ingredients.

This was the first time myself and my family visited this restaurant and we had an exceptional experience! Food was exactly how we ordered and was delicious! So fresh and presentation was like an advertisement. Only wish I had taken a photo. We had burgers and fries. Also ordered onion rings and the cheese sauce dip! Definitely get some of their root beer, it's one of a kind. We grabbed a couple pints of ice cream to take home as well! The prices are great for the value! Also, while we were eating, we had several employees come check on us including one who I assume was a manager. Excellent service! The dining room is very comfy and they even decorated for the holidays! It's our new favorite burger joint! We will definitely be back.

I just want to say I Love a Resturant that stands by their word. My previous to go order was mixed up, and I was running late to a meeting. So I couldn’t just turn around. They really honored me by replacing my meal for free! Best fish ever!

I can still remember the first time my wife and I went to Culver's. The service was so great that I asked for the manager just to thank him and shake his hand. Years later, now our two boys have great memories at Culver's. The only negative comment I can share is the drive through wait time. This is to be expected as the food is made to order and is worth the wait. It's also down the street from Alexander Park. On warm days we would dine outside or at the park. Highly recommended if you have small kids or enjoy just want something simple for a nice date night.

Definitely one of our favorite places to go to. A few tables needed cleaning, but they did get to it. The restaurant is kept clean, and excellent service. Plenty of other tables inside and outside. The burgers were good and the ice cream sundae are my favorites. Hint: pick up a sheet that has the monthly ice cream flavors. Extra ice cream in a freezer to take home.

We love this Culver’s. It’s close to home and we always receive great service. We stopped in this Wednesday evening with relatives who were visiting and were surprised that the service could get better! Ronda and Asianya went above and beyond to help us with our large order. They were patient, friendly, personable, and even humorous. It was a great experience. Thank you!!!

I lived in the Midwest most of my life, and somehow never came across a Culver’s. I really wish I had, because this would likely have been my go-to fast food burger. Of all the major chains, Culver’s makes the best burgers I’ve had. Definitely give their namesake burger a try, and customize a milkshake too while you’re at it. You won’t regret it.

First time. We both got burgers. Everything was fresh including the onions, lettuce, tomatoes. Similar to a hamburger you would make at home with the exception of the beef patty which was thin. Very good fries. Everything is quite a bit better than say a Wendy’s. Clean, calm facility. EXTREMELY cold in July. Bring a jacket. Our bill for 2 burgers (one was a double) fries and drinks was $19.98 tax included. I will return.

I placed an order for two spicy chicken sandwiches. After 30 mins I still had not received my order as I watch other customers come in and get there meals. I didn’t receive an apology or solution to the issue. Donnie called my wife the same day and has promised to address the issue. That conversation really helped.

First time visiting. Friendly family environment. The cashier was great, answered our questions politely since we were unfamiliar with the menu. Even gave recommendations of what to try. The food gets bought out to you as you pick your own table. Wait time was not bad as the restaurant stayed busy. Well staffed. Good quality products. The frozen custard- YUMMY, a must get in many varieties. I will be coming back, with hungry teenagers, lol

We were very impressed with the food and service. The lady at the register taking the order was so friendly and as busy as they were she took the time to acknowledge that we were leaving with a goodbye greeting (not sure if that what they were trained to do, but it was a very kind gesture ) the service was quick and and the food was perfect and affordable! We left very happy!!

Very nice, clean and reasonably priced. My wife and I eat out at the same old places and decided to try this store. Very clean and someone is cleaning the whole time I was there. They take your order and hand you a # . The food was brought to the table, hot and awesome flavor. I had POT ROAST sandwich, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS, large portion, soft bun. You look at it and say where is the gravy, then you taste it, what gravy... full of flavor. A large portion of fries, a great sandwich, a drink, for $10 and it is fresh. we will return, actually we have already been back for our 2nd visit.

Best fast food options around! Kids meals even come with ice cream options. All I'll say is use the website to order ahead! Our order was done much faster (and correctly) via mobile order. We arrived picked up and we were on our way!

Bought medium fries and buy 1 get 1 free sundae with coupon. It was a little over $7. Love crinkle fries!

Great food! Never disappoints Worth the wait

Unfortunately, I won’t be back. I got all the way home and did not receive my fries that I ordered. I called and they stated I could come and get them and they would give me a coupon. At this point, my food was cold so I stated that and the manager came out to tell me that he could not make me another meal unless I had the old meal that I accidentally left at home. I asked “so you’re just going to throw it away?” He said yes just to prevent fraud because some people eat it and ask for another meal. For a $10 meal? Sorry it would not be worth my gas to have gone all the way home for that. So I ate soggy food and they gave me a huge box of fries. Safe to say it wasn’t worth it.
