Gian Rendon was the best server I've ever had at any restaurant in my entire life! I dropped a "French" fry and was devastated. Gian quickly jumped down to the ground, covert mode, and retrieved the fry before it hit the ground. Fed it directly into my mouth. Outstanding customer service. I was also in dire need of sauce. Gian recommended the "Campfire Sauce". Gian poured it directly into my large "Doctor Pepper"; I fell in love. The combination of sweet and sour, combined with the liquid BBQ sauce ("Doctor Pepper") was mid boggling. My cousin died the day I went to Red Robins. I told Gian about my cousins untimely death, and Gian quickly, without hesitation, embraced me in the most comfortable hug I have received during my time on planet "Earth". My cousin would be proud. He really would. Gian offered me bonus fries to console me with my grief. Those fries took me away from the sorrow. 10/10 would come back again. Thank you for your service, Mr. Rendon.

This restaurant was not that great. The salad was terrible. Who messes up a salad? The croutons were stale, and the lettuce was soggy and slimy like it was going bad. The burgers were good. We were not fans of the garlic fries. There was way too much garlic, so that was all you could taste. I also enjoyed my milkshake. But this is not what I would have expected visiting a red robin location. Very disappointing.

We came for the first time to this location and it was a good experience food was amazing a nice fresh taste. Customer service was very friendly and attentive. The only downside was the floors believed they were waxed a bit too much, extremely slippery there could be several accidents caused by this. Overall, food is great👍🏻.

Terrible food and service. My order came out wrong, and then cold. Onion rings were swimming in oil, and cheese was spilling off. When the waitress found out it was incorrect, she took it back to the kitchen and came back 3 minutes later. She tried to tell me it was fresh, but it takes longer than 3 minutes to make a new burger, and why would there be extra cheese and cold fries on the plate? The manager tried to tell me they put 2 slices on the BBQ burger, but that was way more than 2 slices of cheese. The waitress avoided me at all cost after this incident and proceeded to ask my daughter who was paying for hers and would not bring me the check. After we left, my daughter told me she couldn't eat her burger because it was nasty. This was our second bad experience at this Red Robin, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one-time thing.

Best burger. You can get regular burgers, turkey burgers or plant based burgers. Awesome wait staff. Ambiance perfect. The wait was not long and I love the Happy birthday "free" burger. We had a grt time. Perfect burger. Perfect Day.

I always give five stars because I don't want to lower a score for a local business.... took one hour to be seated... ok no problem.. Mother's Day .. took about 15 min for a waiter.. still not a problem... Took an hour to get our order... that was a little agitating... received no refills on drinks at all, got the bottomless fries and I'm pretty sure I was gonna have to wait till breakfast to get the second order. Not to mention the spoonful that they brought me every time. In order to get my moneys worth on the fries I would've had to book a Room in the kitchen with a sleeping bag ... everyone was very polite and respectful... I like the burgers... but I can't handle a 3 1/2 hour visit with 4 kids... I can only guess that communication in the staff is probably the issue...

Ordered a burger with no pink and my burger is clearly pink inside. And this was after waiting over 30 minutes past the pickup time for my order. Drove all the way back to speak to the manager and I’m standing here waiting yet again. Apparently he’s too busy serving up raw burgers to address a customer service issue. I will not be back.

OK I ordered a black and blue burger last night for myself with no cheese sauce. The burger gets here it’s got so much cheese sauce that I couldn’t even pick it up because the bun had turned to mush. Was no way to clean that up either so that got fed to the dogs so unfortunately there’s no picture of that one. I ordered my son the kids macaroni and cheese with the side of broccoli he ate the macaroni and cheese it was literally 3 tablespoons of food and the picture below is the broccoli it came in a condiment cup. Two little pieces of broccoli that are brown. We ordered the pretzel by appetizers with beer cheese and that is how the cheese showed up hard and melted plastic. Definitely will never order from red Robin again

Food wars fresh n hot. The Garlic Parmesan Fries are absolutely amazing. I love the "Bottomless Sides" idea. Me and my daughter went fry crazy there...lol Good service as well, friendly waitress.

Went In today for chicken tenders and fried pickles to go. I waited about 20 minutes for my food. Got all the way home and bite the tender only to find that it is completely raw. This is very upsetting especially because I am pregnant. Took the food back to the restaurant, waited 20 minutes for a manager who I think name was Christy or Christine, only for her not to show any real concern. I received a refund, however it is very unexeptable to be served raw chicken, especially pregnant.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Gluten free options. The bun held together and was delicious. Cheese and bacon dipping sauce goes with everything, even if not a bacon lover. Food is delicious!

Staff was amazing! Customer service supreme! I'm horrible with names or I'd say specifically who lol. Food was prepared fast and to order. Flavor was great! Adult beverages were good, could have been stronger but I could taste the alcohol so that's better than numerous other establishments.

Red Robin's CEO, please don't "Bundle food" in a pandemic. Nobody wants to eat burgers or toppings other ppl have to pick over. That's common sense.

I like this spot! Go Red Robin! Stopped in for libations and a bite. I've never dined in until now. Pretty chill atmosphere. I decided to try the veggie burger. Super glad i did! It was thick and very flavorful. The bottomless fries are addicting! These thick cut steak frites are always fresh. I wanted to try their sweet potato fries so i did. Another win! I would recommend this spot if you're seeking a mellow place with amazingly good food & cocktails. I glanced at the dessert menu but honestly couldn't take another bite. I was stuffed. Maybe next time?

Wish I could give zero stars. The service was bottom of barrel god awful. From the hostess to the servers to the manger the services was terrible. My family and I were disrespect, seated at a dirty table, and the young waitress decided she was being “cute” by REPEATEDLY provide 3 kids menus to a table with 3 Adults and 1 kids. The Manger Christena does not uphold good customer service or customer care, nor does she practice discretion. She felt that is was acceptable to go gossip about us with the kitchen staff before we even left the establishment. I can’t rate the food. We decided to leave without ordering anything after being treated so rudely.

Went 10/5 around 8 we were told there was a 45 Min wait. We waited about 20 min then went to ask about bar seating. The hostess "intervened" and that's being polite, and told us we could sit and drink but not order food until we waited the 45 minutes. I have NEVER heard of this type of treatment, we wait about 10 more minutes and she's sitting at the bar and multiple parties are leaving. I ask how much longer do we have to wait and the manager comes and seats us. She is a control freak and has no priorities related to customers. Please get another hostess. The food and servers were awesome.

Red Robin has been a guilty pleasure of mine for a while. Now a days you have to be careful of where you go to eat due to the pandemic. The Webb Gin location has done a great job with protecting customers by wearing masks, providing hand sanitizer, keeping tables clean, and maintaining spacing when seating guests. This time I had the MadLove Burger with Garlic Fries. It's a pretty damn good burger. I may order it again.

I took my daughter for her 18th birthday. We also went two years ago for her sixteenth birthday, totally different experience from last time. It was busy, but the 15 to 20-minute wait turned into 25 to 30. Maybe short-staffed, I don't know. We got to our table and got our Waters, and there was something in my glass. They replaced it of course, and then when daughter got her food there was hair in her Burger. I really feel that they should have comped at least her meal. I also let them know it was her birthday so that she could get her ice cream, which apparently was forgotten. Our server was really nice, but the other things overshadow the experience. I paid over $60 for this experience, kind of wishing I would have went somewhere else.

This place was great for lunch, not overcrowded and our server was attentive. My husband got the scorpion burger and it was nice and spicy. I loved the bottomless broccoli.

My first time eating from this food establishment. The turkey burger was a little too salty for my taste but the next time I’ll try it without the Robin seasoning. Of course the steak fries were good and also the cake. I’ll visit again in the future!

It was my birthday and my son took me there. The way they celebrate with you for your birthday is extraordinary. The meal was phenomenal. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, and worth traveling over 50 miles. Hopefully, Red Robin will expand to Lovejoy Locust Grove McDonough Hampton Area.

The purpose of my visit was the bottomless fries. I never got the second batch i requested 😕. Didn't feel comfortable when police came in not wearing masks seated close to me.

The food is good, but the experience with the service is totally NOT. (I've been there twice). Uncleaned tables (and when cleaned left totally wet); some servers apparently work for the need of money (do not matter if you come back or not); the reception: people that don't even look at your face; the supervision of employees: apparently non-existent when in a basically empty place, the receptionist has to run herself back to see a place to sit people. 3 stars is because of the food. Again not bad. Otherwise only One star.

Food was pretty good. Server was awesome though. She really was good at her job and interacted with her tables. The women's restroom though needed Jesus. I had to go into one stall to get toilet paper and then back to the other if I wanted a door to close. The second stall literally had no door. They also could have picked up the place. Yikes

We love this restaurant! Everything here is delicious! My kids like the chicken tenders dipped in Buffalo sauce with the bottomless fries. I like any of their burgers with the onion wing tower. They have great mozzarella sticks as well. The drinks hit the spot and not too strong, since it’s a family restaurant. Service is fast and the host/waitress are always friendly.

I called the restaurant the person answering the phone literally said "what do you want me to do about it" like really lady???I'm asking Grubhub for my money back and not returning ever again... Well it’s been over 15 years since I have eaten here and it could have waited another 15 more. We waited several minutes to be seated, we waited a lot longer to have our order taken. The server literally passed us several times while doing what seemed to be mostly nothing. She was very sweet, just not very attentive. My drink glass was empty for a good ten minutes and several passes before she came by to refill it. Did I mention she was nice? The food was just ok. The hamburger was a little dry, but had decent flavor. For the money I would rather go to Five Guys. The fondu dipping sauce was good and I was told the chicken sandwich was pretty good as well.

The best mozzarella sticks!!!! Omg, the Popping Purple 💜 Lemonade 🤤🤤🤤, DELICIOUS (similar to First Watch's Purple Haze). Wonderful burgers with delicious bottomless sides. Was so hungry, I ordered an Oreo Milkshake. It left me speechless and sipping until it was gone!!!

Waited over an hour for food. Not very busy.. bartender was working her tail off.. lot of employees standing around in the kitchen.. 3 tables got up and left. Food was good. Caution bathrooms Very slippery!!! Needs better management..

The best thing was the specialty drink the bartender made for me. They didn't have what I wanted to eat, so I had to change my order, and I'll be honest, the tenders were overcooked and dry. My Mom needed a knife, and they brought her a flimsy plastic knife which broke as soon as she tried to use it to cut her chicken. So not up to the standards and service we have had in previous visits to this location. The staff was too busy horsing around in front of the food window to pay attention to the customers.

Should have taken pictures!! Our visit was extremely poor to say it kindly. My husband and I both ordered mixed drinks from their menu. My drink was supposed to be garnished with a cherry and orange slice. The orange slice was rotten (moldy) had the bartender not been complaining with two of her coworkers while making our drinks she would have noticed this. My husband’s drink was made incorrectly as well. We asked for our drinks to be remade which took her another round of talking to her coworkers (15 minutes) before bringing just my husband’s drink to the table. So I decided to just have my beverage removed from the bill completely. The food was okay at best. My burger was mostly mayonnaise. More importantly the waitress/bartender shorted us on our change when we paid our bill. The service was AWFUL, the food was just okay, not what I’d expect from Red Robin or ever encountered from this establishment before. Definitely will not be returning or recommending!!!

Our waitress was very attentive and came to our table pretty quickly. She brought us our drinks, napkins, and two plastic knifes for my husband and I. She apologized for the knives and mentioned something to the effect that they were in the middle of a shift change. I am not sure why we couldn't get proper utensils because of shift a change. During the duration of our meal she did not bring us forks. We had burgers and fries so we didn't really need the forks. But I still don't understand why she would have even given us plastic knives in the first place. The burger wad decent. The fries were a major disappointment, they were undercooked and soggy. Finally I ordered a milkshake for take-out. She brought the milkshake in a paper cup without a lid. I asked for a lid since it was a take-out and was told they didn't have any lids. So I had to take it home without the lid and of course it spilled all over the cup holder in the car. I have been to this Red Robin a few times and often enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This was a disappointing experience and I will not return too soon.

Food & Service was great. Everyone wore their mask. Games on the table were good before & during meal. Kids meal for my son was awesome & oh lort the drinks were delicious 😋. My 1st visit ever & will be going back & getting take out. If the take out is any different I will update my review on that as well.

The service was sub par, not friendly, did not follow up well, we asked for another order of fries about halfway through the meal, they never brought them out, they did not offer to refill our drinks. The food was very good but the service ruined the experience.

Usually our food is delicious. But on this trip the food was just ok. We did go a little later than we usually go. We usually plan our trips to this location around lunch but this time it was around 3pm, so I'm not sure if this had something to do with the time we went.

Was in the mood for some burgers so me and the lady headed to Red Robin’s, it def been some years. Staff was phenomenal. Our server Deionte was Awesome. Checked on us throughout our whole meal. The burger was just as good as the service. No complaints

I’m torn. Horrible wait to be seated and to get our food. Super nice waitress, Brook, and delicious food. Came her for the impossible burger and was not disappointed with the taste. The side salad was bottomless so that was a good value. Kids loved their food and the Mac and cheese was bottomless. It took forever for the food to come out and our initial wait to be seated was very inaccurate.

Tonight's experience was not the norm but they dropped the ball. Either something is wrong with the meat or someone does not know how to cook a hamburger. It was overcooked and dry. I have a personal preference but I don't like being served by the bartender (we dined on the patio). They are normally very busy and SOME just can't give you that good service and prepare drinks for the entire restaurant. I'll go back but it will be a long time before I do. 😠😭😫 Sorry for the 1 star, you guys are better than this.

The food was good but the service could have been alot better

The hostess seemed lost and moved rather slow as a crowd by the front door started to back up. The food quality was satisfying, but nothing to write home to mom about. I did get asked several times if I wanted a refill on my fries from more than one server, so kudos for that. The beer temperature seemed cool, but not cold as it should be. Our server, just like the hostess, obviously was not thrilled to be at work. But it is 2020...

Staff likes to argue with customers. We had problems with them trying to find us a table. The manager told us he would pay for our appetizers and when the bill came out they only waved one of our appetizers. Our food wasn’t hot and one of our burgers was burnt. I will never come here again.

I honestly don’t think anyone at this location cares. Dirty tables all over the place, employees constantly on the phone texting. Had to get up to go find the server to order more drinks. The service At this place is deplorable
