One
of
the
largest
and
most
modern
hotels
in
Hoa
Bing.
For
the
rooms
I
would
have
happily
given
4*
but
the
service
brought
it
down
to
3,
and
I
was
considering
2.
First
the
positives:
The
rooms
are
spacious
and
clean.
The
bathrooms
(in
the
suites)
are
very
generous
and
modern.
The
air
con
worked
well
and
did
not
blow
on
the
bed
in
our
room.
The
internet
worked
well.
The
beds
in
the
suites
are
huge
and
comfortable,
though
my
wife
thought
the
mattress
a
little
firm
for
her
taste
it
was
great
for
me.
The
hotel
was
quiet
and
we
had
a
good
nights
sleep.
The
bad:
The
hotel
restaurant
feels
deserted.
The
drinks
displayed
in
the
bar
are
all
empty,
when
we
ordered
fresh
juice
it
was
brought
from
some
off
premise
establishment.
Food
was
OK,
but
I
personally
much
preferred
Pho
Bo
18
across
the
street.
(Half
the
price
and
tastier).
The
toilet
was
only
stocked
with
one
roll
of
toilet
paper
(annoying
if
you
run
out
in
the
night).
The
worst
experience
was
on
checkout.
We
had
consumed
the
beers
and
soft
drinks
from
the
mini
bar.
I
had
taken
a
photo
of
the
inventory
and
the
fridge
contents
which
matched.
On
the
bill
we
got
charged
for
more
cans
than
were
in
the
fridge
and
on
the
inventory...
at
least
they
did
not
inflate
the
price,
but
it
took
more
time
to
clear
this
up
than
it
should
have.
In
conclusion,
a
good
hotel
let
down
by
weak
service
and
an
abandoned
feeling.
The
rooms
are
good,
I
would
use
it
again
based
on
the
hard
product,
I
would
eat
out
and
carefully
check
my
bill.
