Angelpunkt beliebte Cafeteria Freitags bereits um 13 Uhr schließt und am Wochenende lediglich von 13 bis 15 Uhr geöffnet ist❓️ Das ist ein Skandal❗️ Viele Patienten kommen von weit weg u. bekommen nur am Wochenende Besuch und haben dann keinerlei Aufenthalts Möglichkeiten mit Verpflegung ❓️ Dies dürfte es in einen Bundeswehr ZENTRAL Krankenhaus nicht geben ☝🏻❗️❗️❗️

Öffnungszeiten vom Bistro sind jetzt meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich Besucher freundlich....vor allem Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertag da hat es nur von 13 - 15 Uhr geöffnet. Das ist das einzigste was man verbessern könnte. Ansonsten, das beste Krankenhaus das ich kenne.

War gestern in der Notaufnahme mit stark juckendem Ausschlag verteilt am ganzen Körper. Nach über 3! Stunden kam ich dran, in einen kahlen Raum, drei Männer standen um mich rum, ich wurde gefragt, es wurde auch noch ein Hautarzt gerufen , mitten im Raum sollte man sich freimachen, nicht mal ein Hocker wo man Kleider ablegen konnte. Man war ratlos, verwies mich auf einen niedergelassenen Hautarzt wo man dann in 6 Monaten Termin hat, ich könne ja bis zu 4 Allergietabletten nehmen und das jeden Tag fotografieren, das Abschlussgespräch fand im Flur statt, die Umsitzenden konnten mithören. Auch die Triage war nicht zu verstehen eine Dame mit Sturz auf die Hand und Schwellung , große Schmerzen musste 2! Stunden warten . Einzig positiv: der junge Mann an der Aufnahme, freundlich und kompetent. Ich bin 100 km gefahren und es wurde nix gemacht.

Ich wurde 2014 stationär aufgenommen und mir wurde der Blinddarm rausgenommen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. 6 Jahre nach dieser OP wurde ich von meinem Gynäkologe auf Verdacht wegen Endometriose operiert, da ich 6 Jahre mit schlimmen Schmerzen im Unterbach verbracht habe. Während dieser Operation wurden mir 3 Klammern aus meinem Unterbauch entfernt, diese wurden bei der Blinddarm Operation im Bundeswehrkrankenhaus vergessen und waren total verwachsen. Für mich absolut unverständlich, da vor und nach einer OP alles an Besteck und Material was verwendet wird gezählt werden muss. Leider würde ich deswegen nie wieder in dieses Krankenhaus gehen. Hätte ich das nötige Kleingeld, wäre ich zum Anwalt gegangen und hätte das Krankenhaus auf Schmerzensgeld verklagt.

Es ist nicht alles perfekt um das Haus herum.... Die Behandlungen Inhouse sind aber höchst professionell und menschlich. Danke an das BwZk-Team. I mean it.

Besonders negativ ist mir Dr. Woywood aufgefallen. Anstatt vernünftig mit mir zu reden und eine korrekte Anamnese durchzuführen, wurde ich von ihr angeschrien und durfte mir anhören, dass ich meine starken Schmerzen nur simulieren würde. Bei Behandlungen oder allgemein werden gerne Material und Medikamente verschwendet, mit der Erklärung, der Staat würde ja zahlen, da könne man ruhig Material verschwenden. Ich wurde dort auch schon vergessen, weswegen ich schon fünf Stunden ohne Behandlung trotz Termin im Wartezimmer sitzen musste. Auf Nachfrage konnte mir die Anmeldung nichts sagen (die Ärzte seien beschäftigt) und erst sehr spät ist es einem Arzt dann aufgefallen. Ich wurde vergessen und man hatte meine Akte nicht rausgelegt.
