The worst rent car ever! I rented a car from 13.01.23 to 14.03.23 in Eschborn, and I returned that car at 14.03.23 to the same place. I have paid for the rent fee for that period of time, but at 08.04.23 I recognized that the rent fee from 10.03.23 to 07.04.23 was paid once again as I saw the bank statement and the receipt via email. Today, I called to the customer service at Sixt, and I recognized that the contract was not yet closed. Catastrophe!!!

I booked the rental car but got an shared car. It was so smelly and very dirty.

Always they overbook cars, then give car from upper category that’s good, but sometime you book SUV and they have sedan which not worth for your trip, then they try to give upgrade on extra price.

Conveniently located in the office park, fast service and clean cars.

Beware, this is a company of no ethical or business standards! They will lie and cheat to your face, ask you to contact customer service and then lie some more! Customer service is useless to say the least! or I should say there is none! Please don't make people disgusted and do not ask to contact your pathetic non existent customer service. I did, and I am utterly disappointed. You are only good to serve as an example of how not to be!

By return was no helping Sixt employee, after that got an email with assusation, that I made some cratches. To load up my evidences against it was pretty complicated. Advide: people, please make photos and videos akkurately from inside and outside of the car, even of the roof and bottom, if no employee accompany you.

Forgot the child stroller in the car. They don't respond to the email & it is not possible to reach them by phone
