    Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter mäßig. Zum abscannen der Kundenkarte wird sehr unvorsichtig einem das Handy abgenommen - nur 1 Mitarbeiterin hat so viel Respekt, dass sie den Handscanner dafür nutzt.
