If
there
were
less
than
one
star,
that
would
be
the
appropriate
rating.
While
we
waited
in
the
emergency
room,
we
could
see
how
much
the
hospital
staff
didn't
care
about
the
sick
people.
While
laughter
came
from
the
Hinzer
room,
people
suffered
for
hours
in
the
waiting
area.
When
it
was
finally
our
turn,
my
husband
was
told
that
the
hospital
had
to
make
money,
so
he
had
to
stay
for
a
few
days
for
a
gastroscopy.
There
was
no
mention
of
a
medical
necessity.
When
the
blood
was
drawn,
the
blood
splattered
everywhere
and
soiled
clothing
and
the
surrounding
area.
That's
where
we
went.
The
doctor's
letter
that
followed
was
full
of
lies
and
distortions.
Due
to
the
lack
of
an
appointment
and
the
urgency
of
the
examination,
we
returned
to
this
hospital.
After
another
hour
of
waiting
and
a
very
nice
nurse,
we
came
across
the
doctor
again,
who
likes
to
make
money.
She
treated
us
disrespectfully
again
and
rolled
her
eyes.
On
the
ward
my
husband
was
first
given
a
kiwi
to
which
he
is
allergic.
We
have
also
indicated
this
before.
Other
food
that
he
is
not
allowed
to
eat
such
as
tomato,
lemon,
white
bread
and
much
more
was
also
served.
Incidentally,
the
hospital
found
a
reason
to
"earn
money"
and
kept
my
husband
there
for
several
days
due
to
a
high
ck
value.
On
request,
this
was
dismissed
and
it
does
not
seem
to
have
been
followed
up.
Just
a
reason
to
make
money.
It's
been
a
month
now,
the
results
of
the
gastroscopy
and
colonoscopy
are
a
long
time
coming,
and
on
the
phone
you're
used
to
being
disinterested
and
unfriendly.
I
don't
want
anyone
to
have
to
be
at
the
mercy
of
these
people.
If
you
are
really
ill,
you
should
go
to
another
hospital,
because
you
won't
get
any
help
here
and
you
will
be
treated
rudely.

Gäbe
es
weniger
als
einen
Stern,
wäre
dies
die
angemessene
Bewertung.
Während
wir
in
der
Notaufnahme
warteten
konnten
wir
beobachten,
wie
egal
die
kranken
Menschen
dem
Karankenhauspersonal
sind.
Während
Gelächter
aus
dem
Hinzerzimmer
kam
litten
die
Menschen
stundenlang
im
Wartebereich.
Als
wir
nun
endlich
an
der
Teihe
waren,
wurde
meinem
Mann
mitgeteilt
das
Krankenhaus
müsse
Geld
verdienen,
dementsprechend
müsse
er
für
eine
Magenspiegelung
mehrere
Tage
bleiben.
Von
einer
medizinischen
Notwendigkeit
wurde
nicht
gesprochen.
Bei
der
Blutabnahme
spritzte
das
Blut
überall
hin
und
beschmutzte
Kleidung
und
Umgebung.
Darauf
hin
sind
wir
gegangen.
Der
folgende
Arztbrief
war
voller
Lügen
und
Verdrehungen.
Mangels
Termin
und
Dringlichkeit
der
Untersuchung
sind
wir
in
dieses
Krankenhaus
zurückgekehrt.
Nach
erneutem
stundenlangen
Warten
und
einer
sehr
netten
Schwester
stießen
wir
erneut
auf
die
Ärztin,
die
gerne
Geld
verdient.
Diese
behandelte
uns
erneut
respektlos
und
rollte
mit
den
Augen.
Auf
der
Station
erhielt
mein
Mann
zunächst
einmal
eine
Kiwi,
gegen
die
er
allergisch
ist.
Dies
haben
wir
auch
vorher
angegeben.
Weiteres
Essen,
welches
er
nicht
zu
sich
nehmen
darf
wie
Tomate,
Zitrone,
weißes
Brot
und
vieles
mehr
wurde
ebenfalls
serviert.
Das
Krankenhaus
fand
dann
übrigens
doch
noch
einen
Grund
"Geld
zu
verdienen"
und
behielt
meinen
Mann
aufgrund
eines
hohen
ck
Wertes
mehrere
Tage
dort.
Auf
Nachfrage
wurde
dies
abgetan
und
es
scheint
dem
auch
nicht
weiter
nachgegangen
worden
zu
sein.
Nur
ein
Grund
zum
Geld
verdienen.
Nun
ist
der
Aufenthalt
einen
Monat
her,
die
Ergebnisser
der
Magenspiegelung
und
Darmspiegelung
lassen
auf
sich
warten
und
am
Telefon
ist
man
gewohnt
desinteressiert
und
unfreundlich.
Ich
wünsche
keinem
Menschen
diesen
Personen
ausgeliefert
sein
zu
müssen.
Wer
wirklich
krank
ist,
sollte
sich
an
ein
anderes
Krankenhaus
wenden,
denn
hier
bekommt
man
keine
Hilfe
und
wird
noch
frech
behandelt.
