Expensive and inaccurate 1) I was there 3 times in the last 3 years. No one came with me to my car to understand and identify the issues I was complaining, never. As a conseguence, the issues were not solved and I had to come back for a second check. 2) And this is what happens last time... Take a look at the pictures. They show worn pads and rotors. I was at the dealer for a regular Service and I took the chance to ask Auto-Jacob to check the brakes, because I was having a very annoying squeal noise. They haven't detect any noise and they told that the pads and the rotors are still good! This means that I can drive for additional 15000 km, to the next service... Not happy, I went to another Opel dealer. The pads are worn and need to be changed!! 3) In addition I think it´s quite expensive.

The service was commendable and super efficient. They also have a lot of plans and offers for a customer to pick and choose from which my family and I truly liked. Picking up the car was also smooth. Mr. Fazio is a good salesman and a wonderful asset to the business. The Sekt and a wonderful gesture of gifting our one year old son a toy made the whole experience even more personal and memorable. The car buying experience was smooth and Mr.Leonardo Fazio was very professional and supported with all questions, paper work, car delivery and car registration process. The price was however non negotiable but overall i was satisfied with complete experience.

I just visited for service of my car. Very friendly staff and i could wait and collect my car as they could deliver the car after service on time and you can wait at the reception watching TV and have some coffee.

Great service, friendly staff. Book in for services, TüVs, tyre changes, and new and secondhand cars are also for sale.

Nice staff, some speak English and can help when you want to lease or just need your TÜV. Quick service too, they can always make an urgent appointment.
