initially
gave
it
3
stars
only
because
the
tartar
cleaning
doesn't
clean
all
of
my
teeth.
The
second
time
the
assistant
explained
to
me
that
my
health
insurance
no
longer
paid
for
it.
Later
I
asked
my
husband
if
the
same
thing
happened
at
his
dentist
somewhere
else
(same
health
insurance
company),
but
all
his
teeth
were
cleaned
there.
Today
it
was
my
turn
to
clean
again,
so
I
asked
the
dentist
about
it
in
advance
and
she
told
me
that
they
normally
clean
all
of
their
teeth
and
that
it
might
have
been
accidentally
not
done
last
time.
Then
the
assistant
went
to
work
and
the
same
thing
again!!!
She
didn't
want
to
clean
tartar
from
my
upper
middle
teeth.
I
was
shocked
and
asked
why
and
she
replied
that
that
was
the
practice
there.
I
then
told
her
that
she
was
there
if
I
specifically
asked
the
dentist
about
it
and
she
still
didn't
do
it.
The
assistant
told
me
that
the
dentist
then
misunderstood
me.
I
then
asked
her
why
it
was
different
than
all
the
other
dentists
my
husband
and
I
had
been
to,
and
she
replied
that
some
dentists
were
nicer
than
others,
or
that
the
boss
could
be
nicer
somewhere
else.
I
then
explained
to
her
that
it
wasn't
fair
to
me
either
because
if
I
knew
that
they
wouldn't
clean
all
my
teeth
again,
then
I
would
have
my
tartar
cleaned
somewhere
else.
The
assistant
told
me
that
it
shouldn't
be
a
problem
if
I
went
to
another
dentist
to
get
my
tartar
cleaned,
but
that's
not
true.
Health
insurance
only
pays
for
it
once
or
twice
a
year
and
now
I
have
to
wait
until
I
can
get
it
done
properly
somewhere
else.
Not
fair
and
not
okay.
That's
why
it
was
only
3
stars,
because
not
only
do
they
do
teeth
cleaning
half-heartedly,
incompletely,
but
also
because
after
my
extra
questions
about
it,
they
did
it
wrong
again
and
didn't
remove
the
tartar
from
all
of
the
teeth,
and
because
I
now
have
to
wait
a
long
time
to
get
it
done
properly
somewhere
else
have
it
cleaned.
Now
I'm
back
in
touch:
Although
nothing
has
changed
with
tartar
cleaning
(we'll
see
next
time),
I've
now
changed
to
4
stars
because
the
other
assistants
are
extremely
nice
and
helpful,
especially
Ms.
Selnik,
Boge
and
Faßbender
(they
didn't
do
the
tartar
cleaning),
which
I'm
very
grateful
for,
especially
because
my
gums
became
inflamed
because
of
the
new
crown
and
that's
why
I'm
more
vulnerable
because
I
appreciate
it
more
when
the
assistants
treat
me
extra
nice.
