Ich schreibe selten negative Bewertungen. In diesem Fall scheint es mir wichtig zu sein. Das Essen ist in diesem Restaurant an sich nicht schlecht, allerdings Lichtmeilen vom Sterneniveau entfernt. Es ist aber ok. Das Problem liegt an der Bedienung. Die Kellnerin, die unseren Tisch an diesem Abend bediente, hatte eine unangenehme gekünstelte Art, sehr unaufmerksam. Der Sommelier war nicht anwesend und sie konnte uns keine einzige Weinempfehlung anbieten. Mein Begleiter kennt sich aber gut aus und hat uns etwas schönes ausgesucht. Als Vorspeise hatte ich ein pochiertes Ei mit Kartoffelpüree, zusätzlich mit gehobeltem Trüffel bestreut. Ich war etwas unaufmerksam und achtete nicht darauf, dass der Trüffel nicht pauschal sondern pro Gramm kostet. Und von der Kellnerin kam kein einziger Hinweis. Im Endeffekt mussten wir für diese eine Speise über 80 Euro zahlen. Der nächste Gang kam dann auch mit Kartoffelpüree. In einem Sternerestaurant erwartet man eine vernünftige Beratung, auch was die Beilagen betrifft. Mein Begleiter hatte Fisch, mit extrem vielen Gräten, auch Kartoffeln dazu. Noch einige Wochen lang werde ich keine Kartoffeln mehr essen können. Die Teller standen ewig auf unserem Tisch, der Wein wurde selten eingeschenkt. Eine gute Sterneküche ist eindeutig etwas anderes als Victorian!

The restaurant was recommended to us and we didn't regret it. The dishes are top notch, especially the sauces. The meat dishes are freshly prepared and very tasty. The selection is wide and offers something for every palate. A special highlight is the wine list with its many house wines and great descriptions. The ambience is very stylish in an old, preserved building. The decoration is very elegant.

No excuses and he didn't look surprised at all. The kitchen floor was a mess. The starters were just okay, nothing more to say.

Ugly restaurant, mediocre food. I've read that it had a michelin star, but is just an mediocre restaurant with huge prices. I don't recommended.

Auf eine Empfehle haben wir das Restaurant besucht (kannten es nur von Erzählungen vom Vorbesitzer). Ein tolles Ambiente, in dem man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Der Geruch des Essens beim Betreten des Restaurants macht die Vorfreude auf das Abendessen groß. Wir hatten ein 4-Gänge Menü gewählt und es war wunderbar. Die Frische der Zutaten und die Zubereitung waren perfekt. Man könnte Stunden darüber schreiben, ich finde aber, man sollte es einfach selber kosten. Wir kommen wieder und können es ohne Weiteres empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!!!

Vorallem die leckeren Speisen mit breiter Auswahl, das Ambiente und der freundliche Service sowie die kompetenten Mitarbeiter haben 5 Sterne verdient.
