I
was
a
regular
customer
in
Emsdetten
from
1993
to
2001
(Vectra-A,
Omega-A,
several
Vectra-B)
and
then
again
from
2004
to
2008
(Vectra-C,
Meriva-A),
and
felt
that
I
was
in
good
hands
there
and
treated
fairly
.
When
I
was
interested
in
the
Insignia-A,
which
had
just
appeared
in
2008,
and
was
looking
for
a
brochure
there,
I
was
treated
so
rudely
and
inappropriately
by
one
of
the
salespeople
(he
was
sales
manager
there
at
the
time)
that
it
gave
me
reason
to
to
change
the
car
dealership
(and
thus
also
the
brand,
which
I
am
still
loyal
to
today).
In
addition,
I
was
not
invited
to
the
presentation
weekend
of
the
new
Insignia-A,
which
took
place
in
the
near
future,
as
a
possible
potential
Insignia
customer,
although
invitations
to
the
presentation
-
even
before
the
above-mentioned.
Incident
-
were
sent
by
post.
Apparently
they
didn't
want
me
there
either.
Looking
back,
I
can
still
be
annoyed
that
I
didn't
change
dealership
and
brand
much
earlier,
because
I'm
still
very
satisfied
with
the
other
make
(of
which
I've
driven
9
different
models
since
then).
Sometimes
other
mothers
have
beautiful
daughters
too!
^^
It's
a
pity
that
you
sometimes
discover
them
quite
late.
A
little
more
customer
orientation
-
especially
with
long-standing
new
car
customers
-
would
certainly
do
the
sales
manager
at
the
time
(who,
by
the
way,
still
works
in
sales
there
today)
well
to
"bald
or
(formerly)
toupee".
Therefore
here
only
a
maximum
of
2
stars.

Ich
war
von
1993
bis
2001
(Vectra-A,
Omega-A,
mehrere
Vectra-B)
und
dann
wieder
von
2004
bis
2008
(Vectra-C,
Meriva-A)
Stammkunde
in
Emsdetten,
und
fühlte
mich
auch
dort
gut
aufgehoben
und
fair
bedient.
Als
ich
mich
dann
für
den
2008
gerade
neu
erschienenen
Insignia-A
als
Neuwagen
interessierte
und
dort
nach
einem
Prospekt
suchte,
wurde
ich
von
einem
der
Verkäufer
(damals
war
er
dort
Verkaufsleiter)
derart
unflätig
und
unangemessen
behandelt,
dass
das
für
mich
ein
Anlass
war,
das
Autohaus
(und
damit
auch
die
Marke,
der
ich
heute
noch
treu
bin)
zu
wechseln.
Hinzu
kam
noch,
dass
zu
dem
in
zeitlicher
Nähe
stattgefundenen
Präsentationswochenende
des
neuen
Insignia-A
ich
als
möglicher
potentieller
Insignia-Kunde
nicht
eingeladen
wurde,
wenngleich
Einladungen
zur
Präsentation
-
schon
vor
dem
o.
g.
Vorfall
-
postalisch
verschickt
wurden.
Offensichtlich
wollte
man
mich
wohl
auch
nicht
dabei
haben.
Im
Rückblick
darauf
kann
ich
mich
heute
noch
darüber
ärgern,
dass
ich
nicht
schon
viel
früher
Autohaus
und
Marke
gewechselt
habe,
denn
mit
dem
anderem
Fabrikat
(von
dem
ich
seitdem
schon
9
verschiedene
Modelle
fuhr)
bin
ich
nach
wie
vor
bestens
zufrieden.
Manchmal
haben
nämlich
auch
andere
Mütter
schöne
Töchter!
^^
Schade
eigentlich,
dass
man
die
zuweilen
erst
recht
spät
entdeckt.
Etwas
mehr
Kundenorientiertheit
-
gerade
bei
langjährigen
Neuwagen-Stammkunden
-
täte
dem
damaligen
Verkaufsleiter
(der
übrigens
auch
heute
dort
noch
im
Verkauf
tätig
ist)
bestimmt
gut
zu
"Glatze
oder
(früher)
Toupet"
stehen.
Daher
hier
gerechterweise
auch
nur
max.
2
Sterne.
