Hallo zusammen, Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich finde die Klinik richtig gut. Und ich kann es beurteilen, denn ich war schon öfters dort und auch auf verschiedenen Stationen. Leider erfordert mein Kranheitsbild öftere Kriseninterventionen, so bin ich seit 2010 ca 2x im Jahr für maximal eine Woche dort. Die wertvollsten Erfahrungen habe ich tatsächlich mit den Stationen G (geschützt) und A gemacht. Das jeweils komplette Team, bestehend aus Ärzten und Ärztinnen, SozialarbeiterInnen, PsychologInnen, PflegerInnen, KunsttherapeutInnen, BewegungstherapeutInnen, HauswirtschafterInnen etc. nehmen den Patienten gegenüber eine wertschätzende Haltung ein. Wer hier allerdings einen Aufenthalt wie im Hilton-Hotel erwartet, ist falsch. Denn man kann hier nicht Urlaub machen. Man bekommt die Möglichkeit Therapie zu machen, und das jeden Tag, zu jeder Zeit. Dabei sind selbst die Mahlzeiten Therapiezeit. In anderen Kliniken bekommt man ein Tablett mit Essen in die Hand geklatscht und isst dann. In dieser Klinik wird der Tisch von den PatientInnen gedeckt und man isst 15 Minuten (wenn man will natürlich auch länger) zusammen in der Gruppe. Für manche ist es Therapie, den Küchendienst zu übernehmen, für andere einfach einen fremden Menschen nach der Butter zu fragen. Das Team unterstützt den Patienten auf diesem Weg. Es begleitet den Menschen dabei, sich selbst und sein Verhalten und auch seine Wirkung auf andere, kritisch zu hinterfragen. Klar, das ist anstrengend und manchmal vielleicht schmerzhaft, aber hilft auch ungemein!! Ja, das Verhalten des Teams fordert einen manchmal heraus. Aber nicht aus Arroganz des Teams heraus oder sich daran zu ergötzen, dass man krank ist, wie es hier in einer Rezension steht. Dafür herrscht spürbar zu viel professioneller Abstand des Teams zum Geschehen auf der Station. Das herausfordernde Vergalten dient dazu, dem Patienten das eigene Verhalten zu spiegeln, damit der Patient damit arbeiten kann. Medikation wird so sparsam wie möglich eingesetzt. Das finde ich gut! Möchte man Bedarf bekommen, muss man das schon gut begründen. Denn vorrangig lernt man hier Selbststeuerung. Das bedeutet, sich selbst Strategien zu überlegen, sich in Krisenzeiten selbst zu helfen. Ich finde alle Therapieangebote hilfreich auf die jeweils spezifische Art, doch mir persönlich hat die Kunsttherapie am besten gefallen und geholfen. Auch wenn ihr vielleicht nicht freiwillig hier seid, lasst euch auf das Konzept dieser Klinik ein. Fangt an, zu hinterfragen, geht in den Kontakt und ihr werdet von der Zeit nachhaltig profitieren!

Die Praxis hat zur Dental-Suite umfirmiert und hieß früher CLINIC Rheinauhafen, aber es ist dasselbe spezialisierte Team unter der Leitung von Dr. Schmitz und sehr zu empfehlen. Im eigenen Labor können alle Leistungen direkt in Absprache mit dem Team erstellt werden. Dr. Schmitz ist sogar ausgebildeter Zahntechniker, wie er mir erklärt hat. Aber mindestens genauso wichtig ist die Tatsache, daß Dr Schmitz ein top Zahnarzt ist und sein Team total nett und freundlich! Man fühlt sich nicht beim Arzt sondern unter Freunden.! Ich hätte nie gedacht dass ich mal sage "ich muss zum Zahnarzt, kein Problem". Man sollte aber manchen Leuten die hier bewerten mal das Wort "Dienstleistung *erklären und deutlich machen das es mit sofortiger königlicher Unterwerfung nichts zu tun hat. Insofern sollte jeder seine eigenen Erfahrungen mit Behandlung und Kompetenz dieser Praxis machen.
