MI Service Center Hajipur (B2X) is located at Kishalay Complex, Anwerpur Cinema Road, Above Central Bank Of India, Baghdulhan, Hajipur, Bihar 844101, India. Staffs behavior is ok. Service is also nice. You'll have to wait sometimes for repair. I visited only once and have good experience.

Although staff was polite, but they were perhaps not trained properly about walking management. So there was an un necessary waiting. Stock was not sufficient as I couldn't get resolution for my broken mobile screen. This is currently the only MI service center of town, that could be another reason of stock insufficiency.

I purchased Xiaomi 11 lite ne 5g from Amazon and with in warranty period it's finger print doesn't work properly so I decided to go to their services centre that placed in hajipur. Now'the conclusion is, the workers of this centre dismantle my phone and do nothing even he attached old battery and remove new from my phone.... I think, bihar's worst service centre that I never seen before.

I had been there for mi laptop issue and I got very good service that too in the time when I needed the solution quickly. The best part is that the staff (Specially Mukesh ji) was so nice and as my home was within 5km, they send there employee for door step service. Also they are very cooperative. I will definitely recommend if you have laptop issue, visit there once instead of relying on mi online customer support. I had great loss on relying on online support and other mi service centre . Lately I came to know about this and they resolved my issue within few days for which I was wandering for about 3 weeks at other places.

This service centre should be closed immediately cuz they demanded money to me while my Redmi mobile was in warranty. This is fraud and trying to loot our money. Close it.
