To be honest I can literally write paragraphs on how amazing my workshop with HARSHIT SHARMA sir went. He literally teaches yoga 101. If you are looking for someone who doesn't only teach you yoga for your benefit but also prepare you to literally make your surroundings healthy and teaches you the art of new yet healthy life then I will suggest you none other than Harshit sir. These 10 days went so fast I wanted them to last forever. In just few days you will learn to spend your whole day with happiness and freshness just by attending his class for an hour. LITERALLY THE BEST YOG GURU EVER.

It was an amazing and extremely exciting experience all the team members Hershit and Sonia along with Dr Deepak Dr Naveen and Yashwant jee were very encouraging and cooperative, may they progress more and more in the days ahead. Bal krishan.

I loved learning yoga from Harshit… He is amazing dynamic enthusiastic yoga trainer. He gives full attention to each one. Last not but the least…in every posture one goes in a meditative state……. That was awesome 🤩
