The great potential of the whole hotel is spoilt by the waiter who is prejudiced against Polish people. At the very beginning, the waiter pointed out to us that we had arrived late even though we had kept the hotel informed of our lateness. On the phone, the owner was very friendly, nothing said that this would be any problem, especially when the entrance to the hotel is through a given digital code. If the reason to his laugh is our request to pour hot water into a thermos, you can imagine that for him the reason to call the police is to close the door a little louder. Shame on you Mr waiter

Location Is wonderful, breakfast and meal generally very good. Staff was Věry helpful, can only recommend. Good sarting point for trips around.

Everything was perfect. The location, the view, food was delicious, I had the most comfortable, peaceful nights sleep followed by an amazing breakfast, the staff - Miroslav especially - was incredibly helpful and a brilliant host. Also thanks to the kitchen staff 👍

Rudest wait staff I've ever experienced. No one gave us a menu so my wife picked one off of another table and a male waiter literally slapped it out of her hand. Walk 50 more meters to a much nicer place and stay away from here.

Best country side food....just finish the trek and infront you find this cozy restaurant. You will love it. The service is good ,then speak english as well, which was way good. The menu has limited items but worth trying. The view from the front is more peaceful. Happy dining..

The place is located at the start of the hiking trait that would get you to the valley where the Wild Gorge is located. So naturally, a lot of tourists stop by to have a meal and to warm themselves up, as I and my boyfriend did. No offense, but I had expected a very average restaurant. To my surprise, the restaurant offers very good looking and at the same time tasty meals. I had trout prepared on butter and I liked it a lot. I heard that waiters speak besides Czech also German with the German guests at the restaurant. A thumb up for this! Parking at the place is a little bit more challenging. There are few places close to the resort dedicated for the resort's customers, but when we got to the restaurant to pay, we were asked to park our car somewhere else. The hotel of the resort was completely full and the customers of the hotel didn't have any space to park. So we parked our car somewhere else, but still returned to the restaurant for some meal after our hike, as it was on our way from Wild Gorge's hiking trail.

The drink was good but the waiter was rude. Just order some drinks and bring some sweet snacks for little eating. The waiter shouted "your food away now". If your place doesn't allow others to bring snacks there, maybe you can just tell people in a normal way.

We had a nice stay at Resort Mezna. Family room was a bit small, but anyway it had all that we needed. Location at the middle of the national park is great. You can keep your own car at the free car parking of the hotel and use buses to move between park sights. Breakfast was good and we got even a takeaway set on our last day, because we had to leave to airport before breakfast time.

Delicious food and refreshing drinks all round. Our trekking group feasted on the delights at the restaurant before embarking on a trip down the gorge for a boat trip that was stunning, enjoyable and a really hard work out on the thighs and calves.

My disappointment about the cleanliness of the 4-bedroom apartment I stayed in with my family (2 adults + 1 toddler). It was pretty obvious that dust was hanging out everywhere, and the room definitely didn't live up to the "sparkling clean" standard. If you're planning to bring kids along, be prepared for cobwebs in every nook and cranny. I could spot dust on every surface, and even after I asked the resort team to clean, all they did was a quick vacuum and mop. I mean, come on! When you're shelling out a near premium price for your stay, you naturally expect a higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail, right? Hopefully, you can take some steps to improve things for future guests. Geetika

Worst restaurant service I ever seen. They say there is no tap beer but every one have it. They making big favour to serve you. On its only for polish customers? Not recommend!

We had nice evening meal after climbing up the gorge. Vegetarian options of mushroom risotto was delicious. Service was great as well. 1 star less because beer wasn’t great and a prices were bit higher for small town.

I only came to eat at the restaurant on the 30th May, 2023 around 2pm. I did not stay at the hotel. The menu was a little overpriced but considering the location, it seemed fair enough. Unfortunately, I order the duck from the menu, which came out looking not so tasty. It had black ends, was too soft and the meat was very red and squishy inside. I didn't take a pic unfortunately as I am not normally one to do that. But I shared some of the meat with my 6 year old son and he didn't like it. I'm building up to the main point which is a few hours later I became ill with food poisoning for the next 12 hours. Not a nice experience considering I was escorting my 6 year old home on the train. I don't know what went wrong your end, but I am writing this review so hopefully you can do something about it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I've run a kitchen for years and it is so important to ensure that hygiene is cared for. Thank you

Really nice and tasty comfort food. They have vegetarian option and the prices are good. The service was nice and friendly. We sat at the porch and enjoyed the beautiful view.

Love the location and view. Atmosphere is also very nice but the food is quite average. This is the place for a fast lunch in a good location

Good Czech food, but we see the cat come out of the kitchen and move freely around the restaurant. At some point the cat is fed by the customers. Looks like the cat lives here. Please note that some people are very allergic to cats and drive with special medications.

Great view with very lovely service. Food was quite average, friend scheese with French fries and tatar sauce looks like classic freezed ones. Tatar sauce was added in two small plastic packages I was excepted home made style of this type of food :)

Good value for money. One dish (fish) was great, the other one (pork) much less so and rather dry. Had to wait to order, although the place was only half full.

Menu in restaurant is stuck in 90's but food was tasty and felt fresh. Quick service. Might not be great place if you are vegetarian,. Overall not big culinary experience but i would come again.
