The clinic meets all the expectations. The stuff is extremely nice and welcoming. Very professional way of treating the clients, everything is new and very comfy. They have a face scanner that analyses all the skin problems inside. Highy recommend!

Came to the clinic for the first time today and received a photograph analysis of my skin issues and “skin age.” The staff and doctor were very friendly and informative and willing to discuss multiple skin issues and treatments. Very modern and clean facilities. I look forward to coming back for further treatments.

Great hospital with knowledgable dermatologist. I had hyaluronic acid injection, botox and vit C treatment here and saw a result right after treatment. The doctor also gave me after care instruction and prescription medicine for my skin concern which is really helpful. I am glad that found ROHTO clinic in Hanoi during my Vietnam trip.

Very nice place - I came to make some facial treatments after long time of travel - the stuff was extremely nice and helpful - that was first time also someone make such a precise analyse of my skin and recommend treatment which will be helpful particularly for me - it was easy to communicate in English which I appreciate because I understood everything . Highly recommend to step by even for the purpose of checking what is your skin real age - was really interesting

I am incredibly impressed by this place. The doctor is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. It is very clean, and it smells incredible. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional! Everyone speaks English, so it's the perfect place to go if you want to avoid the public dermatologists and their lack of care here. I am extremely happy with the overall experience at the clinic.

All of the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked how I got to meet with a doctor for a free consultation of my skin concerns. They walked me through all of the procedures and what was best for my skin. The clinic is very clean and modern. I am excited to start my treatments here!

Really professional place. I went in for a free skin check and consultation and they used a high tech machine to scan and laser my face! Quickly after I had a conversation with the doctor who recommended me a treatment for my acne. As it’s their anniversary I got a discount as well. The staff is super nice and helpful!

This has been a great experience at Rohto so far! Everything has been fairly clean and organized. I can definitely tell this place has been around for awhile, especially since they just celebrated their anniversary. The service has been exceptional, with every person explaining everything clearly and being very transparent. The person who helped us at the front desk had amazing English speaking skills and she made sure to leave room for questions. The prices are absolutely unbeatable, especially compared to the US. I would definitely recommend!

I was vacationing in Hanoi from Chicago and wanted to experience some cosmetic treatments while in town. I had located several fabulous nail salons for my future nail services and after extensive research, came across Rohto Clinic for various skin care treatments, Botox, filers, laser treatments, etc. The staff took their time with my consultation and utilized a facial/skincare scanning device that identified potential treatment areas to resolve volume loss, wrinkles, sun spots. I was really happy with the outcome because it confirmed the same areas that I wanted treated. It was nice to know we were on the same page. I agreed to the doctors recommendations and was overall, extremely satisfied with the experience and most importantly, the results of my treatment. They carry all name brand filler products you would find anywhere in the U.S. I appreciated the variety of fillers available (not only just like 2-3 types but ALL the types) to ensure you are getting the proper product injected into certain areas of the face for the best outcome. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for these types of services.

Unprofessional and disorganized. I booked a series of treatments online and they said they were not available when I arrived. Staff were nice at least but didn’t offer any concessions at all for the mix up.

After 5 sessions of beard hair removal, there was absolutely no effect at all. It was a waste of time and money. I asked then if they could have made an earlier decision before finishing 5 ineffective treatments, but all I got was a very unfaithful and irresponsible explanation or excuse.

Amazing experience at the Hanoi branch. Went in for consultation for pigmentation and the staff were really attentive, suggesting suitable treatments for the time I was staying in Hanoi. Condition of my skin improved significantly over the 4 weeks. Highly recommended!!
