The pickup driver was 15 minutes late and very rude. Below is my input to the owners request. Route: Hanoi to Tom Coc, Time: 12pm, Feb18 2023. The old quarter office male staff was good. The issue was with the driver who picked us from the old quarter office with the minivan to somewhere down the city to gather more passengers for the large van. His service attitude definitely needs to improve, but what kicked me the most was his servile attitude towards white younger people but rude attitude towards me, an old Asian man! Hope his attitude is not that of typical Vietnam people

Our 2 day and one night tour with Daiichi Cruise Boutique has been incredible, the crew was very friendly and attentive to our requests, some movie landscapes... and our guide Duong, always so happy, has infected us with his enthusiasm for his country. ..thanks for everything!!! Cori

We did some tours and bus transfer with this agency. The bus transfers are very punctual. The tours are very interesting, they include a lot of activities like trekking, kayaking, swimming. The guides are very implicated and careful. We really recommend them.

We traveled from Hanoi to Cát Bà and had a good experience. We booked the tickets online but as we were unable to pay online, we contacted Daiichi Travel via whatsapp. They told us to pay the tickets by the time of departure. So we went to the bus stop (= Daiichi office) and payed in cash. Everything went smooth, except that by the time the bus arrived / drove off the passengers waiting in the office were informed only in vietnamese, so that we had to take a guess and ask at the front desk. The ride was fast and nice, bus could've been a little cleaner, and we didn't have the online announced break on our way to the ferry (but it wasn't necessary as the ride to the ferry takes only about 2h). Staff was friendly and they even called our Homestay at Cát Bà so that they would pick us up at the bus stop (without us having asked them to do so :-)).

After excpecting a direct sleeper-bus from Ha giang to Ha long, we were dissapointed when we realised we had a long night with three different buses ahead of us tp reach Ha long (this was due to misscomunication outside of Daichii) and because of our previous nightbus-travels with other companies, we had low expectations on the staff as well. But - it’s amazing how much a person can change your journey: the busdriver who drove us between Ha giang and Hanoi was so kind, proffessional and made the journey so much happier, and the young guy who was our guide from Hanoi to Cat ba on the limousine bus really impressed us with his proffessionalism and thoroughness, we felt very safe and happy thoughout our journey thanks to this staff. Booked our first bus from Hanoi to catba. Comfortable ac bus. Hotel drop facility is really fantastic for tourists. That's why I booked the same bus again through bookaway from Catba to NINH BINH. But this time bus dropped us 3km away from hotel and that was really painful at 2pm in sunny day.

We had a day bus from hanoi to cat ba arranged by stone from the golden charm hotel. Stone had fantastic english and his explanation of what to do in nimh bin was great. As for the bus the co-driver spoke great english also, was very polite and friendly; made sure the journey went well. Also the driver drove well it was a very smooth ride and there was communication at every stop. Made a very pleasant change from our usual bus adventures in vietnam.

The person behind their WhatsApp was very nice and deserves the 5-stat rating. Sadly the person driving the bus was very unfriendly, stubborn and rude. He made us sit in the most uncomfortable seats when the bus was empty. Very disappointing. But then, the costumer service person saved us. If you are willing to spend the extra money in a transfer, here are very willing to help

We took the bus from Cat Ba to Hanoi. Not only they were punctual, but the service was amazing. The guide was very friendly and make sure everyone got to their final destination (hotel, station, etc). They also gave us a little snack and water. We recommend this company very much.

I booked a return sleeper bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang. I just want to say everything was perfect..and very professional indeed. The bus ran a bit late, so I got free bus service at Ha Giang to my hostel. All staff were helpful and polite. I postponed my return trip as weather was so good and no problem at all...I gather they like everything recorded on their computer system. Thanks Daiichi

We got this bus from cat ba to Hanoi as we had just departed a cruise and this bus was there. The bus journey was horrendous-super bumpy, the driver did not give out the water and snack bags, in the end one of the buses passengers gave them out. We wrote this review on trip advisor and said that we originally went with Goodmorningcatba and how much better they were. The company responded to our review saying 'details you provided do not accurately reflect our service standards' and accused us of being affiliated with goodmorningcatba (which we are not they just had a better service) There are mixed reviews for this company some very good, but our experience (and other peoples) was awful so you're taking a risk booking through them. Especially a company who replies back to every negative review making out that the customer is lying.

We’ve been using Daiichi travel to go from Hanoi to Cat Ba island. We booked our tickets with VeXeRe app and got an instant confirmation for our travel. When visiting the office in Hanoi we’ve been greeted and given the official travel ticket for our journey. The bus left on time and after 1.5 hours there was a 20 minutes stop for lunch and toilet break. The staff in the bass was very friendly and informative and kept us updated throughout the journey. After arriving at the pier, we then departures with a speed boat which only took 5 minutes to the other side onto Cat Ba. Overall, the experience was good and we will use Daiichi Travel again. Only 4 stars as the total travel time was stated as 3.5 hours but we needed a bit more than 4.5 hours which is totally fine. Thanks again for the service provided and see you soon.

Th best bus service we have experienced in Vietnam! We went from Cat Ba to Hanoi, the bus was on time and staff very friendly and spoke english, letting us know what is happening and dropping us off at our accommodation in Hanoi. Can only recommend!

We booked an express sleeper bus ticket from Hanoi to sapa. Someone came to pick us up from our hotel with a scooter, but there were two of us. The pick up person who speaks good English walked with us to the get on point. Our departure from Hanoi old quarter was a little late (around 30 mins?) but it didn’t bother us. The seat was comfortable and lengthy. I was able to sleep most of the bus ride. There were 3-4 time toilet break which was nice. A bottle of water and a vacuum sealed bread was given to each passenger. Bus drivers were nice. Although they didn’t speak English, they kindly notify everyone about toilet break etc with google translate. We arrived just after 2pm where the bus stopped in from of their office at sapa. I strongly recommend daiichi to whoever is deciding on bus provider in Vietnam. P.S. the one star I minus was dude to some smelly experience on the bus, but I don’t think the operator probably can’t do much about it.

We're a couple who used their service to go from Hanoi to Sapa. I gotta say we have never been on a comfy bus like that before. The team was so professional and friendly.

amazing experience and perfect service. we took the bus from hanoi to go to cat ba. everything is simple and well explained. the guide Mr. Lee speaks English very well and gives you excellent advice. we made a mistake in the reservation of our hotel, he immediately called the hotel and arranged my situation. we have kept his number and we are asking him for advice. he is always very nice!

The bus itself was insanely comfortable - by far the nicest sleeperbus I've ever been on. Loads of space, super comfortable, USB, private cabin - couldn't fault it. The communication and service was average. We were actually dropped at a station outside Hanoi rather than the central bus station, then had to wait for separate transfers to the city. Would book again regardless - the comfort is more than worth it

Very good. Mr Lee took care of everything for me. I kept changing dates and timed and he was very accommodating. The cabins on the bus are great. Big and spacious for my long journey to Ha Giang.
