Amazing. 75 minute massage. Did a combo of back and feet extra hard. Husband also did a sports massage and very good quality. Very good quality and pressure. Good pricing, clean and very nice people … went to a few other places, but would recommend this over all the others.

best massage I ever had in Vietnam. I walked-in without booking but fortunately I was lucky to get the best massage. The menu I had was the signature ‘Mido special’ which combined the aroma + traditional + sports. Was really good indeed. No wonder this shop shines with good reviews. They even have good locker where u get to put ur valuables inside and lock by urself. Will comeback again! Thank u ‘Hel’

We had foot massage, pressure was adequate and nice. Then we chose a facial treatment for one of us, and body scrub for other of us. All treatments have been conducted in very professional and dedicated manner. Therapists are very caring. We highly recommend this place !

We walked in & thankfully not fully booked unlike the other spa which was full of Korean customers. We opted for foot & aromatherapy massages. Ms Hoa was strong and she massaged all the pressure points with adequate & firm pressures. Comfortable & reasonably priced. Would be better if served with hot tea after the massages than prior to the session.

Went to their Saigonese branch and had the best experience. Cannot say the same for this one, the phone operator was super rude screaming at someone else in the room while listening to my request. She then proceeded to hang up mid sentence once we agreed on the time. Such a joke of customer service. I won’t be giving them my money.

My partner and I just finished with our 2 hour massages. I had the vietnamese, and she had the aromatherapy. Both were excellent, and we feel fantastic! Very peaceful atmosphere as well. Recommned.

Good atmosphere, clean nicely decorated, but the masseuse is lacking experience and strength, we had a 60min foot massage and there is very little pressure even after letting them know at least 3 times.

Had a really great facial here - my therapist (Hien) was very thorough. Massage in between was also really nice. Highly recommend!

After traveled around old quarter whole day, it really needed body massage. Ms. Hang has very warm hands and good manual technique, in 60 mins traditional Vietnamese massage, fatigue of my back and legs are relieved. I would like to try other type of massage next time~

Injured my lower back / spine after doing the Japanese massage & I'm on bed rest have to cancel my activities. Partner did hot stone massage but there was no massage at all. Spa from hell, 11/10 would not recommend.

The price here is relatively affordable so you get what you pay for - don’t expect the best service or environment. We made an appointment for 7pm but had to wait 20minutes to start our massage. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved upon. My boyfriend and I were in the room together and our masseuses kept talking to each other during our massage. My masseuse also manipulated/adjusted my spine without asking for consent, and I personally don’t want/like that being done. The massage itself was adequate and she managed to get a lot of the knots out.

I choose the Vietnamese traditional massage. Miss Phuong is a perfect masseur. One of my best. Totally recommended👍🏻

Massage experience overall is pretty good, a bit pricy 330,000 for foot massage for 1 hour. I highly recommend Mr Luong and Tan. Came here 2 days in a row. Environment is good and staff are very friendly.

We were two persons and got an private room. We took the Thai massage with oil for 60 min. And it was AMAZING! Best massage we had so far! Staff is super friendly, the masseurs very skilled, atmosphere very nice as well. We will definitely come back! Thanks a lot! Was definitely worth the waiting time!

The staff and therapist here are really polite, friendly and professional. The strength used by the therapist was just right and was what I needed to end my day in Hanoi. One of the best massages I've had till date and I will recommend this place to anyone that's visiting Hanoi!

The prices are okay, you can definitely find similar service for lower prices. The staff is very amicable, the masseur a little bit too much. I prefer getting my massage without unnecessary chat and soft sell of the waxing service they offer.

Really great massage for both my husband and I. The staff were friendly. We had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time and they were very apologetic about it, giving us some discount. Luckily we did not have anything planned for after the massage.

I visited without reservation after seeing good reviews. I received a 60-minute foot massage, and it was nice to be able to adjust the intensity. Unlike other spa shops, I like the clean and tidy music and atmosphere. The staff at the reception and the masseuse who provided the service were all friendly.

Was amazed by the facility, very nice atmosphere and with a lift inside. They served you tea before the massage, and after a cup of yogurt and cold water. What I found most helpful is when they asked you to fill up a form of what exactly you wanted your massage to focus on, which body parts and what level of strength etc. The masseurs really looked at the form before the massage to review It. Special mention to Loan Therapist no. 20 which kept on asking me if the massage is going well and very precise and skilled strokes, exactly where I wanted them to be. I even went back a second time to be massaged by her. However, the manager should consider giving masseurs a longer break or shorter working periods because they tend to be tired at the end of the day. We are after all only humans.:))

The spa was beautiful. From the second I walked in, I felt relaxed. They have definitely put a lot of effort into their business. I enjoyed a 35 minute scrub and one hour Vietnamese massage. Everything was done well and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is pretty pricey in comparison to other places, but when you compare it to prices back home it is considerably cheaper. I went to the spa on my second last day of my trip when I had some Dong left to spare and wanted to spoil myself before I left. Would go back!

Wonderful Aromatherapy Massage Experience in Hanoi I recently visited Mido spa and had an amazing Aromatherapy massage for an hour. This is absolutely the best spa in Hanoi. They do a wonderful job of caring for you from the moment you arrive, during your service, and after your service. They customized my massage to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. I visited the spa twice in one week during my stay in Hanoi, and both experiences were wonderful! Make sure to purchase any of the 90 minute massages. Huong is a wonderful host and cares a lot about her clients comfort. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Hanoi again!

Clean, and friendly staff. However the face treatments are purely massage and not cleansing . Yea , it was very relaxing , but it is a deep cleansing as I wanted. They use a mechanical cleaner, and it was for less than 3 min. So you can imagine what can you do in that time . It was just relaxing , that’s it.

Decided to have a head, neck and shoulder massage. The staff were very attentive and welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door. The therapist was friendly and really knew what she was doing. She used a lot of different techniques that all worked well together. The decor is also very beautiful. Highly recommend! From the entrance to the exit, the whole process was perfect. It was very kind and the therapist was also the best. I visited twice during my trip to Hanoi. I'm planning to visit again on the last day of my trip. Huong was very kind and bright, so I got a good impression of this spa. And therapist Mai was the best, too. If I visit again, I would get a massage from her.

I came with high expectations coz of all the high ratings and nice reviews but got a little disappointed. The massage is alright, they got skillful and respectful masseuses but facial treatment is really amateur. I even took the “steam bath” and was left in a dark steaming room with no light. Quite a joke. Overall, okay massage. Not recommend other services.
