Unfortunately,
I
cannot
recommend
this
place.
Let's
start
with
the
positives
-
the
place
looks
really
nice,
and
the
first
starter,
shredded
beef,
was
good
(although
the
sauce
was
a
bit
salty,
which
might
be
intentional).
The
craft
beer
served
was
also
fine.
However,
the
second
starter,
the
french
fries
with
garlic
butter
(an
uncommon
mix,
which
is
why
we
ordered
them),
was
awful.
They
were
extremely
greasy,
the
frying
grease
seemed
stale,
and
they
weren't
salty
enough.
The
main
dish,
pork
ribs,
was
okay,
but
not
particularly
special
in
my
opinion.
They
could
benefit
from
more
braising
time
since
the
meat
was
hard
to
remove
from
the
bone,
although
the
taste
was
good.
The
fried
rice
was
also
okay
but
lacked
seasoning,
especially
salt.
The
main
reason
why
I've
decided
to
write
this
negative
review
is
the
poor
service
quality.
The
waiter
who
served
us
nearly
rushed
through
our
order,
and
we
had
to
call
him
back
to
complete
it.
He
also
took
our
menus
without
asking,
which
was
peculiar
since
we
were
the
only
ones
from
whom
menus
were
taken.
Each
dish
arrived
at
different
times,
and
at
the
end,
the
waiter
ignored
us
when
we
wanted
to
pay,
so
we
had
to
chase
him
down.
Overall,
it
was
the
worst
dining
experience
I've
had
in
Vietnam
so
far.
I
would
recommend
trying
any
of
the
dozens
of
pho
or
bun
serving
places
around
instead.
However,
if
I
ever
find
myself
in
Hanoi
for
the
second
time,
I
would
check
for
the
newest
reviews.
If
they
are
mostly
positive,
I
would
consider
giving
this
place
a
second
chance.
I
just
hope
that
maybe
the
crew
had
a
bad
day
and
we
were
simply
unlucky.
