Be aware of the high tip that the masseuse would ask for! It sounds cheap at first 300.000 VND/90min massage but at the end of the session, the masseuse asked for a tip at least 200.000 VND. It was a surprise for me. The masseuse said that they don’t receive any salary while working here and all what they earn is from the customers tip. Overall, the session quality is average, the masseuse is friendly but not very skillful and even picked up the phone while doing the massage, which I found unprofessional.

One of the best massage massage place I've ever visited. Here is why: nice private room, love the decor, very professional massage therapist, and cheap price for a 90-minute foot and body massage. Believe it or not, I have 90 minutes of relaxing time which you will not find in any other spa in Hanoi's center. Of course, the price does not include tips. This is my favorite place every time I have a business trip to Hanoi. highly recommend!!!

The 90 min food massage was 300k which does not include the minimum 100k tip. The single room was pretty small and there was not much noise reduction. I kept hearing a man and woman’s voice talk and laughing loudly. The massage itself was pretty good with good amount of strength and technique.

This shop is not the usual tourist area. I found it on google. The shop closes at 11pm and we only started our massage around 9:45pm. Before even we started our massage, the staff has informed us that we have to pay them compulsory tip of minimum Dong100,000. I have read the reviews from past patrons and we were expected to pay. Their skills of these therapists are good. We used their arms and even stood on us. The next day, we felt very refreshed and energised. My hubby tipped the more than the minimum. The rooms are clean with simple decorate. We had hot stone massage. They can speak very simple English.

The prices do not include a tip. However, how much tip you give is not for you to decide; they do that. In our case, she asked for a tip of one hundred thousand dong in advance, on top of the massage price. Why not just raise the price and list it on your menu as "including tip"?

Excellent services! One of the best massages I've had in my life. Very reasonably priced, too. 320,000 dong for an hour-long massage (+tips).

Very poor experience. Had double massage with my wife and they were laughing uncontrollably between them selves which was very unprofessional and insulting. Also kept chatting between themselves which is very off putting. Upon paying the bill they advised of the normal tipping price which they did not advertise or advise when quoting. We said “NO TIP” because of the way they treated us and how they made us feel. We asked the counter person to ask the girls what was so funny and they denied the situation entirely. Very dishonest and insulting to deny what they did. Many massage places around and all reasonably priced. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE…..strongly recommend to go elsewhere. From a massage point of view we told them multiple times too hard and they didn’t adjust the pressure as they were too busy laughing at us.

Took my friends here for a last minute appointment. However, they took us in with no waiting time! The staff were professional and attentive to details. The facility was clean and neat which is an important factor that I took in consideration while choosing a massage place. Will definitely be back to try some of their others options.

Asana is a very good massage place. I go there everytime i come to Vietnam. The service is very decent.I've seen a lot of complains about tipping and employees chatting. I have no problem with the chatting since i'm Vietnamese myself,but maybe not so good for people non-Vietnamese speakers. The tipping is a big problem here because in Vietnam the masseur live on their tip so its kinda important.Vietnamese tip everytime they go for a massage. I think there is a cutural difference about tipping and thats why people are upset about it. I just want to explain so others may understand a little bit more since i love this place

Nice space for relax time afterwork and workout. Very satisfied with staff and service. I will come back with my family and friends. ^^
