After explaining twice what I wanted, saying what they did was wrong and too dark - no one listened. They just wanted my money! Don’t ever go to this salon!

Visited this place this week in Hanoi. And I'll visit it again to get a hair dye. The staff was so friendly. Thu was very professional, he pays attention to details and I liked his work. Also the manager she speaks good English so it was easy for me to explain to them what I wanted. I definitely recommend this place. 👍🏻 ✨🤩 Jane

Had quite a good experience here, head hairdresser’s wife can communicate in English and did all the translation work, I showed them the hair style I wanted, head hairdresser did quite a good job following that and also incorporating my requests. The assistant was also quite attentive, checking me whether hair got too hot from perming, and gave me a good head massage while washing. I paid about close to VDN1,700,000 for the perm which comes with free Wash and cut, and included 50% discount to the hair treatment. Definitely recommended this place.
