When I adopted my first cat in Hanoi, I was introduced to this chain. Before it was near 3 Van Cao, now it's closer. I don't understand why it's the same chain, but I see that here the process and style are much more professional and systematic. Although it closes here at 9pm, there is always someone on duty overnight. Stays are available for births and serious illnesses, and the owner can also stay on duty. Cleanliness, medicine and other items are fully displayed and quite diverse. I often meet 2 doctors (1 male and 1 female) who are both very enthusiastic, gentle, and speak slowly and politely. The customer management system is good, I even received a call to ask about the cat's condition after sterilization. There are VIP/VVIP cards for those whose total service fee meets the required level. I have also read reviews of unsatisfied cases, I'm sorry for you, but personally, I think everything happens at one time or another. Will bring my 2 cats here regularly.

Zero English, or purposefully not using it. I know all Vietnamese have English at school. I used simple English: hello, open? Are you open? The cat is dying! Still no response
