It's quite comfortable. Spacious even, for a pod. They provide free water, snacks, slippers. The curtains can block out most of the light outside and the walls are thick enough to block out most of the noise. I forgot I was in an airport. That said, the bathrooms are a bit far from the pods, about 30-50m. And the price is relatively steep for Vietnam.

Perfect place! New, clean, nice receptionist. Water and snack included. T3 has toilet close by but just 3 cabins. T1 located at 3rd floor has more cabins but toilet is a bit far. I enjoy sleeping there really much. Good AC. The weak point is, that sleeppod has no any signs and finding location takes time.

Simple and convenient accommodation. We had an early flight and this was a great way to avoid the early morning stress of getting a cab out of Hanoi to the airport. Snacks, water and toothbrush/toothpaste were a nice touch and the toilets are fairly conveniently located and cleaned regularly. No showers though so be prepared. The beds accommodated my 6'1" height easily.

This is a hotel of sleep pod that can be conveniently used for short stays, such as from midnight flight arrivals to early-morning flight departures.

The front desk staff are super friendly. It's a cozy nook for short time stay right in the airport. Super quiet in the pod and on the floor they're on. No shower but that's pretty much out of their control

Comfortable stay here at the international airport, very convenient for a nap during a short layover, service is excellent and friendly. Yen at the reception was really helpful and enthusiastic in assisting. Thank you!

They do not make it clear enough that there is NO shower facility anywhere

During a transit from an international to a domestic flight in Hanoi, I unexpectedly utilized the domestic terminal. I had to stay there from 21:00 to 4:00. Upon reaching the third floor, I found a front desk. Despite not having a reservation, there was a vacant room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, and there was only a fan. However, it wasn't a significant issue. It felt like a secret base, especially during the summer, which was quite amusing. The lady at the front desk was also kind.
