I stayed at the hotel and was given a warm welcome by Mr. Tu. Rooms are new, clean and well designed. The breakfast spread was decent and location is top notch, just behind the cathedral. Would definitely consider this one in my next visit to Hanoi.

Staff are so helpful- especially Olivia who walked me to get my body lotion. The location is great, just a trot to the Cathedral. Room is clean and breakfast is good value. You can see the church and hear the church bells- wonderful.

We are very please with the overall experience with the service of the Hotel especially with Mr Tu and Miss Olivia. They make sure that every details of our stay here is well taken care of. Highly recommended.

My family and I went to Vietnam for holiday last year and it is our first time to visit Hanoi. We booked and selected the entire tour (08 days) under the capital group and had no regret to it. They run ticketing, guided tour, owned hotels and local tours and etc. Superb arrangement by Belvis and Olivia, and we were guided and well taken care throughout the trip. Belvis is always busy with the hotel business (young boss) and Olivia was with us whenever she was available. She's passionate and able to speak very fluent mandarin which she claimed learning from Chinese Movies and songs (talented young lady). Both of them are good and please don’t hesitate to engage them for your Hanoi trip. Dare not to say that they are the best but I am sure that you will not regret choosing them. From Renee Chew

It is my first time to Vietnam and I visited Hanoi, a beautiful city. My tour guide who is Olivia, guide me throughout my short get-away trip and bring me to explore the beauty of Hanoi. She's helpful and friendly person. She's able to communicate in multiple language and I'm shocked that she's very fluent in Chinese! Plus one mark for being able to speak Chinese :) She even gave me some little presents from Vietnam as souvenirs. No doubt she would be the best tour guide I've ever met! Will be back to this hotel again if I ever come to Hanoi again :)

Hotel Hanoi Capital is an excellent option for people staying in and around Hanoi. The staff is really helpful and always welcoming. The hotel is located on a beautiful street with almost all the amenities within 100-200 metres. Will always return to this place whenever I’ll get a chance.

I stayed at this hotel in 3rd week of Nov'23. The location is perfect to experience the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Walking distance to the church and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff and service is excellent. They take care of you very well. The rooms are well kept and view from upper floors is great. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again when in Hanoi. Till next time. Cheers :)

My third time visiting Hanoi Old Quarter. The staffs were courteous and helpful with every concerns. The accommodations were clean and relatively spacious for the old quarter location. Breakfasts had a good variety so you don’t need to eat out. The hotel is in a great location to get to the lake and the old markets on foot. My wife and I would definitely use it again.

Super good and excellent service from Tony and the teams, they are really nice and friendly to provide us the good service. We feel warm and happy during our trip in Hanoi, Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Especially the staff name Olivia, she not only can speak very good Chinese language, she also an excellent tour guide to us. Thanks for everything and we will recommend this hotel to all of u.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good in the middle of Hanoi's old quarter. Breakfast was quite basic with fried eggs, noodles, fried rice, steam vegetables and bread. The room was clean, but could do with a refurbishment.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Nice&clean environment,hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nearby there's many nice food and near to the night market, train street and many famous point (walking distance) Our tour guide Olivia is very helpful and friendly person , she help us to manage the whole trip and bring us along Hanoi She able to speak and understand Chinese makes us easier to communicate and let her know what we need also. We loved our stay at the Hanoi Capital hotel. The service was very good, and the room was nice. It's in a great location very close to lots of good food. Mr. Tu was very helpful as well.

Nice hotel with extremely friendly staff especially Bevis, Olivia and Tu who will go above and beyond to accommodate to your requests. They recommend and helped us order in food so that we are able to try some local food before we leave. Very pleasant trip.
