The restaurant was opened just recently, but everything is well-organized down to every detail - they even have their logo stamped on the tissues. The staff is super attentive and caring, making the dining experience pleasant. However, the menu isn't very extensive, offering only a few choices in each category. Moreover, the portions are rather small, not quite matching up to the higher-end prices. While the food is good, I wouldn't say it's great. Lastly, vehicles are parked right in front across the street, but there's no roof to protect them from the scorching sun.

A lovely experience at Maii. The food is traditional but with a twist. Food is plated beautifully and it really compliments the interior at the restaurant. We would definitely recommend getting their banh xeo, which was crispy but loaded with toppings!

My recent visit to Maii was a visual delight, with an enchanting atmosphere and meticulously designed interior that beckoned patrons into a world of aesthetic bliss. The restaurant's theme, a creative twist on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, added an intriguing layer to the dining experience. The aesthetic allure, however, failed to compensate for the significant drawbacks. The main detractor was the disproportionate relationship between cost and value. The portions, already meager, lacked the depth and flavor complexity expected at such a premium establishment. The staff abundance was apparent, but regrettably, the energy seemed misdirected. Instead of attentive service, a cadre of employees appeared to engage in idle gossip, diminishing the otherwise sophisticated ambiance. For a venue aspiring to a elite status, attention to the culinary craft and the professionalism of the staff should be paramount. This were an experience where visual feast for the eyes met with culinary and service shortcomings.

5 stars for everything. We came here on our first night in Hanoi and were excited about this place. The food is delicious, the staff friendly and the atmosphere cozy and welcome. Would recommend to everyone who is looking to have a beautiful night with their spouse or family!

We had a lovely time with my daughter. Food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the setting is absolutely charming. We truly appreciated all the little details - from the fabric napkins to the refined plates and cutlery. Highly recommend!

I bring my friend here and she really loves this restaurant. Food is very delicious and staff is super friendly. They helped us to choose food and then another guy who wearing black t-shirt helped to take many nice photos inside and outdoor. We had a happy lunch in Maii Bistro and will come back for sure.

We have just arrived back in Hà Nội after a long day travelling. So lovely to return to Maii again where we were once again given such a warm welcome. Stylish, clean attractive lines, with an obviously good eye for design, it really is a great restaurant. Food is delicious, beautifully served and my husband was very happy with his craft beer! We will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend more highly.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of Vietnamese cuisine that is both fresh and delicious. The service is fantastic, the owner is a gracious host, the staff friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the place is extremely cozy and makes the eating experience so much better. It is definitely worth making the trip to come here and eat.
