Food completely blew me away! Room was comfortable and well-furnished, but a full-length mirror and a few wall hooks (not over the bathtub) in the bathroom would have been nice.

This hotel has great location and view. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I really liked breakfast the restaurant food. The room is quite big and cozy.

The Bao Sao hotel is very cozy, good location,now you can parking easier and traffic better because the street ‘Nguyen chi Thanh’ font of the hotel has been expanded bigger..

Clean, tidy, and a great place to stay in Hanoi. Breakfast is of high quality. Of course, it is not the best place to stay if you are looking for something extremely modern or flashy. The hotel was built a while ago so things are a bit more on the basic side. Overall, highly recommended.

Bao Son's front desk staff are friendly, helpful and proficient in the English language. Vietnamese food is excellent, try their breakfast buffet and experience a fusion of east amd west cuisines!

Best value place in Hanoi if you want a heated (30-35 Celsius) indoor pool and breakfast that is close to the old quarter but not in it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Workout area was clean and decent and a good way to avoid exercising in the terrible smog of Hanoi. Hallway guests can be a bit loud. Taxi ride to the old quarter was 60000 VND.

Large room, very clean, bed was a little hard(I think that’s most places in Vietnam) staff were helpful. A 20min cab to old town but roughly 80vnd so not expensive to get there. Pool and gym are decent. Food at the restaurant is good and the breakfast is varied and nice. Definitely worth staying here for the cost.
