They overbooked. Left me in the cold

The staff at the Hanoi branch of Camellia hotel were incredibly helpful, they checked us in 4 hours early upon arrival, helped with luggage and even explained a bit of what to see and where to go in Hanoi. Easily great value for money, superb location, friendly staff. I highly reccomend staying here if visiting Hanoi and looking for something more than a hostel that wont break your budget!

The Hotel is located in excellent shopping area. Many shops and shopping markets around. Upon check-in the Hotel upgraded our room. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helping. The rooms are specious and clean. Others are Recommended to book this hotel.

Was ok, air con, cable tv good WiFi, elevator, i didn't like the bathroom on room 640 but is centric and has good prices and nice service.

Very cheap in price with Air conditioner, very friendly staffs and in the location that easy for foreigners to walk around. Well I got good memory here.
