It is an old hotel but the location is good to approach downtown. Hotel has a TV but the signal is not good. When you take a shower, it's unconvinient because the height of shower knob is very low. You couldn't stand straight. Except that, other things are tolerable. It would not give you a bad memory however it would be better to stay in 5stars hotel if you want to have a good expirience in Hanoi till the last of your travle. I recommend this hotel for business trip only if you want to save your cost. By the way, people here are very kind.

Best value place in Hanoi if you want a heated (30-35 Celsius) indoor pool and breakfast that is close to the old quarter but not in it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Workout area was clean and decent and a good way to avoid exercising in the terrible smog of Hanoi. Hallway guests can be a bit loud. Taxi ride to the old quarter was 60000 VND.

It is an OK hotel, price wise and quality wise. Car parking service included. A plus if you drive and stay in Hanoi urban area where parking overnight could be expensive and inconvenient.

Recommended. Nice Hotel. Appreciable hospitality from the reception and room service team. Good Buffet breakfast. Not much expensive. But worth it.

It's very crowded at lunch time. I suppose they pay alot for drivers a d tour guides to bring tourists there or they pay a lot of conditions to tour organisers. The food is not amazing. But it's might be hard to eat if you are not familiar with the Vietnamese cuisine and if you don't eat pork it will be a bit hard to feel full here. Very limited choicea

I checked in today but the hotel is now remodling now. Inside of hotel is full of dust and bad air but they open hotel. Because i paid already i can not cancel here but if someone try booking here don't do it for atleast one month. I booked including breakfast but they return just 20.000vn (less than 1 doller) for breakfast. In the elevator in the room you can not breath and see clearly front. I don't understand why they are not stop business for a while. I think Agoda must check it too. Now i am writing review in the noisy of construction. OMG

A moderate hotel for its price. Good service, but the buffet keep repeating every day. The place is crowded with chinese tourists, if u know mandarin, u may overhear them talking about u tho.

You get what you paid for. The hotel has a weird structure. Make sure to ask for how to get to your room when you receive the key. There're mosquitos in the hotel. Make sure to bring afterbite

Not an upscale but nicely built hotel nearby the heart of Hanoi, close to many restaurants and shops. Has even an aquarium, nice place to relax
