Rooms are okay for the price. Power outlet for every bed, Wifi working well. Nice and hot shower. Really friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Great breakfast! I would stay here again!

The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. I booked an overnight stay but arrived there 3 days earlier since Hanoi was just a stopover for a few hours, they allowed me to deposit my luggage for that time so i didn't have to carry it around the whole time. The room was ok, old style but all the essentials are in it. The breakfast was perfect, you can drink as much as you want, there is a kitchen that works aa a self service area where you can drink coffee and tea all day. The staff was really very nice and tries to help you with tour recommendations and bookings (of course to book with them). The hostel is located in a perfect position in the Old Quarter of hanoi. Restaurants are all close with a lot of choice, next to the hostel you can find also a nice place where you can drink craft beers from all around the world.

The owner/host there was super friendly, upbeat and cheerful. GREAT location. Room was clean but hot- it took a long time for it to cool down with the A/C. Note: there are no pictures of this room and it is not the room from the photos shown in their main photo gallery. Nice breakfast. He didn't help with my bags up the stairs (every other place in Vietnam has helped me)- it is 5 flights of stairs up- a bit exhausting... so you definitely don't want to forget anything before you leave the room. Room smelled strong of bleach. But other than that, it was overall a good stay.

Good value for money in the middle of old town Hanoi within easy walking distance to a lot of sights, restaurants and attractions. Room was very basic but it was really affordable. The host was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good.

Was fully booked when we arrived, so they had to split our group up into different rooms. My friend and I had to stay in a very tiny room that was hidden away in a corner on the seventh floor, while all other rooms were on 1-5th floor. Despite this, service was good and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast was also above average with all-you-can-eat Banh My baguettes, pancakes and omelette.

Hotel is very close to everything you could want. The rooms are simple but very nice, the owner is the nicest man in the world and will help you with whatever you need while you're staying here. Would defiantly recommend if you're planning on staying in Hanoi and taking trips to ha long bay, sapa etc.

The Location is perfect with plenty of places to eat well within walking distance. The rooms are what you would expect for a place this cheap. The wifi was good and the free coffee and tea were great. The included breakfast was nice too. The best part about this place is the staff. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had the gentleman at the front desk set up some tours for us and we had no problems at all. This place is awesome! I would stay again if I ever go back to Hanoi!
