A
hospital
with
a
large,
airy
space
is
ok...but
the
customer
service
is
too
poor
or
is
it
because
I'm
from
Saigon
that
they're
like
that...even
if
they're
parking
guards
or
janitors,
they
need
to
have
a
considerate
customer
service
attitude.
...in
the
afternoon,
I
arrived
at
the
hospital
at
around
3pm
and
went
inside
the
hospital
to
be
examined.
The
security
guard
standing
at
the
gate
pointed
at
me
and
came
over
to
take
the
form..when
I
took
the
form
again,
I
went
to
the
consultation
counter
to
ask
questions
and
the
nurses
took
care
of
me.
The
question
was
very
negligent..
after
asking,
I
went
to
the
forensic
examination
area.
When
I
first
arrived,
I
didn't
know
where
it
was
so
I
went
to
ask
the
security
guard,
but
he
ignored
me
and
didn't
bother
to
answer.
He
just
stood
there
waiting
to
get
it.
Parking
fee...after
2/3
times
I
asked,
he
said
it
was
cheaper
to
go
to
the
end
of
the
street...when
I
arrived,
I
asked
him
at
the
gate,
what
should
I
do
if
I
want
to
go
in
for
a
check-up...he
said
time
is
up
Go
home...
come
back
tomorrow
at
8:30
a.m.
I
also
said
yes,
I'll
come
back
tomorrow...but
do
you
need
any
documents
to
get
in
if
you
come
back
tomorrow...he
said
he
doesn't
know
I'm
a
security
guard,
just
come
back
tomorrow...in
the
morning
The
next
day,
around
9:00
a.m.,
I
came
back
and
was
carrying
my
6-month-old
child
in
one
hand.
I
saw
the
security
guard
from
yesterday
and
3
more
people
sitting
there
chatting...
I
stood
there
without
asking
or
supporting
me...
and
then
I
The
gate
was
open
because
I
was
on
vacation
yesterday.
He
told
me
to
come
check
it
out
today...but
the
door
was
locked
and
I
couldn't
get
in...then
I
turned
around
and
asked
him,
"Do
I
want
to
come
in
and
check
out...he
turned
around
and
yelled
at
me
where
to
go?"
What
are
we
sitting
here
for...
where's
your
courtesy...
I
didn't
say
anything
to
him
or
his
attitude
at
all...
then
I
said
I
wanted
to
go
in
for
a
checkup.
Yesterday
after
I
met
him,
he
told
me
to
come
back
today.
After
the
end
of
the
hour...he
continued
to
bang
his
hand
on
the
table,
what
are
we
doing
here?
Where
is
your
courtesy
to
use
your
hand
to
push
the
door
in...many
times
his
attitude
was
like
that...then
I
said
that
yesterday
you
had
I
asked
him
clearly
what
documents
were
needed
when
I
came
here
to
get
in
and
be
examined.
He
also
replied
that
I
didn't
know..
then
the
other
security
guard
sitting
there
spoke
up
and
introduced
himself,
for
example...
I
didn't
understand.
nothing..I
just
asked
if
I
needed
a
cccd
or
something...they
were
still
indifferent
and
didn't
bother
to
answer...still
giving
me
an
attitude...when
I
didn't
do
or
say
anything
or
have
any
attitude
towards
them..then
I
got
the
cccd
When
I
got
out,
he
took
it,
wrote
it
down,
and
curtsied
me
politely,
etc..
while
I
didn't
do
anything
wrong
or
say
anything
inappropriate...
after
taking
notes,
he
opened
the
door
to
let
me
in
and
asked
the
security
guard
to
come
out
and
show
him.
on
the
way
to
her
room…..to
tell
the
story
of
a
hospital
of
this
size,
whether
it
is
a
security
guard
or
anything
else,
they
still
need
to
learn
how
to
take
care
of
customers…customers,
patients
need
hospital
staff
to
support
and
help
and
the
customers.
The
product
also
meets
all
paperwork
requirements
including
costs...
it's
not
free
but
the
customer
care
attitude
is
too
bad...
so
to
speak,
there
will
still
be
many
patients
who
still
need
to
come
to
this
hospital,
but
especially
for
If
I
let
myself
set
foot
there
again,
I
won't
have
one...and
to
hire
a
security
guard
like
this
is
too
wasteful
and
will
make
many
other
customers
uncomfortable
and
have
a
distorted
view...our
security
team
has
not
contact
so
I
have
no
opinion…!!!!
Thank
you
to
those
who
read
my
comments!!!!
