Why are nurses acting as doctors and what is their attitude like? What is the purpose of night care? I've been going for more than 4 months and I'm preparing for the VIP childbirth program, but the problem is serious when I come at night. 1) There was a doctor, but no interest 2) A nurse ordered treatment 3) Attitude very problematic. won't come again I will also cancel all my acquaintances who are going to the clinic.

No international. The only positive is the doctors. Translators work slowly and badly. Once they did not correctly calculate the services for me, the second time they counted and did not do what I needed. And what I needed was not even done in this hospital. In the end, I didn't even get an apology. Avoid this place and look for a hospital with a human touch. In this hospital you will leave all your money and nerves.

Bad experience - won't go back again. Purpose: General health check Translator: Excellent (Yen) Wait Times: Not bad except the last doctor - 45 minutes for the conclusion of my tests. Service: Good except for 2 doctors which were TERRIBLE. The nutritionist spoke AT me for 10 minutes in total vietnamese without giving the translator time to translate anything - in the end she was telling me to make sure i'm eating enough lean fish, omega 3, avoid red meat blah blah (i'm in shape, mid 30's and by no means overweight). The final doctor was also very agressive, made me feel bad for asking any questions and was shouting at the translator for translating my questions when I didn't understand something. For a second I had to ask myself If she was paying me for the service, or I was indeed the customer. Terrible. Cost: About 3-5t for full health check. Overall: Not terrible if you don't have another choice, but if you can go to a hospital with english speaking doctors better. Thu Cuc need to sit in on their doctors examinations to judge the experience themselves.

Dangerously incompetent doctors. I've been here a few times in the last 2 years. It is very quick to get an appointment and you get a translator. My first experience was positive so I gave them a few passes but you should use a different hospital. I broke a bone in my hand connected to my thumb. They put a cast over my hand(without setting the bone) and left the thumb exposed so essentially there was no protection of the broken bone. To fix his mistake the doctor just put a metal clip on my thumb. The bone has healed slightly out of place. The next time I went, a year or so later I had a minor problem that I've had before but I wanted it checked out quickly, I was sent for all sorts of scans and tests and advised that surgery is necessary. I refused, it cleared up on its own within a week. The place is clean and nice but at least some of the doctors are not fit for purpose.

There's nothing worse than having to visit a hospital during your holiday, but I had a lovely experience here. The staff were extremely helpful, understanding and patient. They assisted me with my problem and arranged to see a doctor within an hour. They had a translator to guide me through the process. You have to pay a fee to see a doctor but it's nothing that will run your bank account. Wonderfully kind staff at this hospital and great service! I can't say enough thanks ❤️❤️❤️

I have never expected that I may encounter with a hospital management board that is biased towards people with a different cultural background just because they are different! Guys, if you can't respect other nations' cultural backgrounds then why do you work as a hospital manager? You can be anything else, but not be so! You even call yourself an international hospital!! - Our experience at your hospital was about 4 years ago, and we really can't get through the bad experience we had at your hospital. - Being civilized means respecting others' cultural differences, being ignorant and poorly educated means that you know nothing about other nations' cultural differences. However, you've taught us a lesson which is we shouldn't pay money for any hospital till we make sure that they respect our cultural background otherwise they can spend their time learning how professional, civilized and WELL- EDUCATED managers do their job.

Absolutely terrible experience! They just want to know if you have an insurance in order to pump up the bill as much as possible, that's all they cate about. Went there around 9 am this morning with a strong fever - 38,2 C. I told them about my strong fever and that I want a relief. They said I should first do a whole list of tests - a blood test, a stool test, flue tests, ultrasound. Then, the translator suggested I should wait one hour for the results, in a coffee shop! When I suggested that maybe it would be better for me to go to sleep while I wait for the results, she agreed to text me when they are ready - meaning around 10. Well now it's 12, and it's lunch time, and nobody in the hospital is wiling to assist me. I've had fever for 4 hours and I still don't know what is my condition and which medicine to take.

A bad experience. I came to Thu Cuc international hospital on an weekday. The first impression is good, the staffs are nice and very supportive (that is why I rate 2 stars). But the bad experience starts here, their workflow is terrible, many patients have to wait from the early morning to noon, I heard many complaints from the patients who are waiting for the examination or results. They don't have any clear workflow, we don't know who is the next patient. There was a little girl who had a fever, she had to wait and looked so tired but there were no nurses nor the doctors noticed that because they were too busy with their duties. And 30 minutes later, she almost passed out and had to sit on the ground to keep stability (you can see her feet in the picture), her father had to ask the nurse with a very angry tone. From my point of view, they have two serious problems: 1. Their workflow 2. They only can handle a small number of patients because this is a small place with limited workforce. I hope they can resolve these problems because they were good before.

One of the managers ( ------ Hung) replied on my previous complaint about how the management board violated our cultural background, but on his FB account!! You justify your offensive act to whom?! Why aren't you willing to reply on me, but defending your management board racism on your personal page?! - The funny part when he mentioned the "mutual cultural respect" and "cultural limits" !! Do you really know what they mean?! - I really like your words and that exactly what we were seeking for, mutual respect of both cultures and respecting the limits of our culture as we respect the limits of your culture. - When you deprive us of a right that any patient can have easily in any " Professional" hospital which is choosing the doctors that they're going to deal with! That happened when the receptionist told me that you have only male doctors, but later we found out that there is a foreign female doctor at your hospital?! - You also directed us to a specific doctor with a specific gender, you know what I mean, expecting that his gender will provoke us then you can come up with something just to legalise the management board racism against us. But that didn't happen as we know well our cultural limits and respect the others cultural differences. Do you still think that you know the meaning of a mutual cultural respect?! - When you ask your translator, a doctor's assistant, and the doctor, besides the ultrasound specialist, a story to be mentioned later, to exist during an ultrasound check! Is it the cultural limit that you ask your friends to respect?! *Believe me, I know more than what you think and there are many blatant violations your management board committed against us in purpose just to find any act or a camera catch to justify their racism, since the first day at your hospital, but we're NOT willing to mention them NOW :)

As a foreigner, do not go to this hospital for help. They failed to identify my dislocated shoulder. The doctor didn't take the time or spend the effort to physically examine me, he suggested an X-ray as soon as I sat down in his office. Once the X-ray was complete, I saw instantly the problem with my acromion joint. The doctor then had me back in his office where he explained it wasn't a dislocation but ligament damage and recommended a cream ointment for my joint. All the while, not once did he perform a physical examination. I must have been in his office for a total of 5 minutes. After a week, I returned to the hospital to see another doctor, after paying the initial fees again to see a doctor, the doctor gave me a slight physical examination and suggested another X-ray along with an ultrasound scan. After seeing these, the doctor saw that my shoulder was in fact dislocated and in need of surgery at a different hospital. With some complaining from me, the hospital issued a half refund for the first visit to the hospital. The hospital itself is clean and modern, the waiting times are short and the translators are excellent, but the service and expertise is inconceivably terrible. After surgery was suggested at another hospital, I was sent on my way without a second thought. ** Hello, you have replied asking for my phone number, I can't reply to you but I also do not wish to put my phone number on this review. If you wish to speak to me, please find my phone number in your records. My name is Mitchell Thomas Boyd. **

Too bad in operation especially in Covid crisis! My wife came here yesterday for her poor back in hurt, after the first step at the entrance where they can do threading for patients by checking temperature and collect the health declaration. So my wife done all of that then they show my wife the way to come in, then everyone who is doctor or nurse there ask my wife the same question which she already does at the entrance.... After 1 hour my wife still stuck at the reception without checking her back! Too tired of their operation, she left in angry and pain. To management, please review your operation and make some adjustments to adapt the situation in this crisis before too late or your business getting worse and worse! P/S : you guy was the top choice for us before crisis but after yesterday we think we change our choice for next time!

My husband and I developed a sickness during our travels which we think was passed on by a man coughing all over us during a 3 hour bus ride. So we went to seek medical attention. It cost us each 450k to be seen and then they wanted to do many additional tests each for different things (at great cost). We refused some and just got a covid, influenza and dengue test. It came back positive for influenza so we were glad to have an answer. The English speaking staff was very helpful. It was certainly necessary to have this. We are now just waiting for our translated documents but unsure how long they will take. Overall it was good service and we are glad we went to find out what was going on. Thanks,

Clean modern hospital with good service. Covid test done on site before entering. English staff that will assist foreign patients. Wheelchair access. Often a long wait once inside so plan an early arrival and set out some time. 5 stars if not for the waiting between different checkups.

After checking my previous reviews regarding my bad experience at this hospital, I realized that I committed some unintended mistakes like using the words (in general), which have been corrected, that don't express AT ALL ACCOUNTS my attitude and respect for the Vietnamese people and doctors as well, NOT THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THIS HOSPITAL. - I want to state that Each Single letter I wrote in my previous REVIEWS was targeting THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THIS HOSPITAL, not the whole doctors as I haven't had this experience with any other hospital and any unintended mistake doesn't express my real mean, I write this review to avoid any misinterpretation that may happen. - I have been here in Vietnam for almost 5 years dealing with different hospitals and doctors, last time was yesterday, however, they were always professional, supportive, and deserve all our appreciation, NOT THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THIS HOSPITAL. - Generalisation trap is what I always avoid in my comments as I know that everywhere as there are professionals, there are unprofessional ones; however, out of my crushing disappointment after my bad experience at this hospital, I sadly fell into it. - My deepest apologies to the Vietnamese doctors for this unintended big mistake, NOT THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THIS HOSPITAL. Thank you all,

I went for a tetanus shot after stepping on a rusty nail. I had to get a covid test before they would let me in. The covid test cost 500k and the tetanus shot cost 165k. They provided me with a translator to guide me through the whole process. All in all I was there for about 1.5 hours.

Best adress to do your PCR Test for travel! Results in 24h, well speaking English Translators and professional Staff. As a group of three people one have to pay 850.000 and the other two became a discount to 750.000 dong. Fair enough. You can easily go there without an appointment and get help really quickly.

I went there for examination of a shoulder injury. Process was very efficient and the english translator did a really good job. As foreigner you pay everything by credit card upfront. Initial fee to see the doctor was 450’000 dong. MRI was 3’200’000 dong. Got a translation of the doctors papers by email a few days later. Professional!

Clean place and provide translator, but therapist is incompetent and not listen to you. With quite clear symptoms of tonsillitis doctor don't even look at my throat. I was send to make dozens of blood tests and chest x-ray. As a foreigner be ready to be treated as a covid threat just because of your look. Upd: please use my phone number mentioned in registration papers

If you are a foreigner, stay away from this hospital.I don’t want to go into details as it was a very traumatic experience. At a time when I needed urgent care and to be understood I was treated as an ATM. I have been living here for 3 years and never been treated so badly.

STAY AWAY!!!! It I could put 0 stars, I would. I went to this hospital to look at a rash and a tight chest. Upon arrival I waited for over an hour, paid for my consultation, and then waited another 30 mins. They then decided I had to do a covid test at another hospital, and told me I was not allowed to leave. I then paid for this transport, where they left me with no one that speaks English. I was made to pay millions for covid tests, and x rays. Total time waiting now 4 hours. Moreover, at this other hospital, they did not do ANY tests on what I asked for, ONLY for COVID. Throughout the whole process no one has explained to me what’s been going on. As a young person living in Vietnam all of this was extremely stressful. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they have done everything. At the end of the day, I have paid 2,000,000 VND and not even had what I came to the hospital for, looked at! STAY AWAY!!!!

BEWARE them ordering unnecessary tests. Issue: Suspected Worm Translator: Excellent Wait Times: Not bad Cost: 450k to see doctor. 90k for stool test. BUT they wanted to order a Colonoscopy (full anesthesia!??) before even seeing the stool. Nothing was found in the stool, so that would have been insane to do. Overall: Good, but be ready to put your foot down on clearly unnecessary or overly extensive tests. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
