The worst gym service I have ever experienced. They will hunt and keep calling you to come and receive birthday gifts but actually to sell and insist on upgrading more packages that include many additional services you don't need and unfavorable terms for customer side. So many levels of membership that I was advertised. Even when you get the highest level in Centuryon they still try to 'draw' more additional services you don't need. And when you come by and decide not to buy or upgrade those packages, don't even think that 'birthday gifts' exist. The after sale support is even worse. Too many staffs and PTs in a gym compared to the members and they will always hunt you down, criticize on how you do exercise, and keep convincing you to buy a PT package. The staff at the reception is also arrogant and treat customers differently. All members here have to spend so much money to get a VIP membership but there is no real value. This is not a gym that brings real value to people. Just a place and bunch of people try to take as much money as they can from your pocket. Please do avoid at all cost!

Their salespeople come off too strong. It was tiring. They were trying their very best to upsell my membership. My trainer pressured me to buy PT sessions instead of focusing on helping me. They should focus on actually providing their gym members with a good experience instead of trying to sell more add-ons. I have nine more sessions but I no longer want to use it. Their trainers refuse to actually help you unless you buy classes from them. They don't have the customer's best interest.

Came up with a magical number of 400k vnd for a single entry. Would have been happy to have paid this amount even though it is more expensive than any other country I have been to. Asked to see the prices on paper but the price for single day does not exist so she could not show it to me. I was not going to pay 400k into a employees pocket for one gym session.

This used to be a nice gym. However now they have way oversold the memberships so it’s an absolute nightmare. Crowded. Noisy. Hard to get a proper workout. I tried to speak to management about this issue but it was a waste of time. For a place that charges foreigners a high price the service is terrible. I regret getting a membership here.

Given the size of the gym keeping it so clean and hygienic is a commendable job Extraa cheers to housekeeping staff. Lots of cardio and workout stations so even during the peak hours one can easily workout cuz there are always too many options available to choose from . Obviously it is a high end gym but one gets what they pay for so no complaints about the fees they charge. Good job for running such an elite set up .

I just can't believe all personal trainers focus is to sell more. I have 4 outstanding contracts and they still coerce (for lack of better words) me into buying even more contracts. My PT and his supervisor literally blocked me from leaving the table. This is beyond believable.

Awful communication. They simply won't tell me the price clearly. They just want to squeeze every little money out of you. I've been asking for clear pricing for a couple of weeks and they won't tell me. Conmen and idiots.

Pros: Good equipment Clean Lot’s of space Cons: They don’t have set prices. From the start they haggle with you and throw up absurd promotions that of course are only ‘available today’. You end up with a price of about 1/3 of what they asked for. Very unprofessional. Only water fountain is all the way back in the changing room. Too many personal trainers with nothing to do. They loiter around the gym, working out all day from clear boredom. They’re loud and inconsiderate of people who actually pay to come. They turn the changing room into a hair salon, about 10 of them spending 30 minutes in front of the mirrors blow drying their hair.

The cheapest gym in the area. Every other gym quoted crazy prices ($300 per month in one place ). It cost 2,000,000 VND for a month. Lots of equipment and was quiet enough anytime I was there.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Noone knows the prices here and nobody's willing to help. Staff is too ignorant for a "luxury" gym. We consider a wide price range but we didn't expect that everyone comes with "I dunno" as an answer. They came out with a random price in 400k per 1 day. We asked for a monthly/yearly price they "don't know". Thanks to Google that it specified that this is 400k/month for a membership but Noone specified that. If staff has such attitude to their customers than this is not a "premium" choice. We'll gonna find another one. Thanks, for showing us how luxury gym shouldn't look like

Stay away! Be prepared to negotiate heavily for price. I tried calling and even visiting gym in person. They will not tell you the price. You must sit with a consultant to discuss payment plans that feel like you’re buying a car. On a positive note, the equipment is new.

Well-kept facilities and all the machines are properly functioning. There is a wide variety of equipment and weights. Customer service is pretty responsive and helpful. However, it's hot as hell in there and no one wipes down/ cleans their equipment after use which is super unhygienic with the amount of people that come in and out all day. There really isn't any encouragement from staff to do so either. They say they have the AC on all day, but it seems as though it's hotter in there than it is outside sometimes. Like all chain gyms, they're going to keep signing up new members regardless of that leading to a packed facility when most can go, so get your workout after 7pm if you can/ if you want some space. They also don't have a set price for membership, which I find shady. You have to sit down and discuss how long you'll be here, etc, so I assume they charge more the shorter your membership and/or if you're foreign. The cost seemed a little high for Hanoi, but it was decent and affordable. It would be nice if class descriptions were posted online, but schedules are readilyavailable every month.

I was a regular customer at Centuryon in 2020 and my family still is. Very good at first, but declining quality: crowded, unhelpful staff, pushy sales, awful customer service.

On the phone they said a gym membership costs 400k/month. When I got there in person to see the gym, they said the best price is 11 mil for 16 months, which is over 600k/month.

It's such a nice place, but 2 big problems. 1. it's way too noisy. I don't know went they turn the music up so loud and such horrible dance music that you feel someone is hammering constantly on your head. 2. The A.C could be better. It's a gym. You shouldn't sweat when you lift weights.

Great high-end gym. I love it except one tiny thing which happened so many times its becoming annoying: The girl with glasses who serve at the Califresh bar always abandon the bar during lunch hours (sometimes even usual hours) and I cannot get the drinks that I’m entitled to as a Centuryon member. I understand that she needs to eat lunch but shouldn’t a high-end gym like this has more staffs to cover for her? Please make sure the Califresh bar is ALWAYS STAFFED PLEASE CALIFORNIA MANAGEMENT

Be careful! Unprofessional, disloyal practice and fraudulous service… My family has been faithfully a club client since 2018 with a Royale membership. The commercial team made my father buy an extra 30 session package with PT (pilates, stretching…) so my mother could use them - as the membership includes a VIP access for a referral as well. Now, after 19 sessions, the staff tells us that only my father can use the pilates sessions (of course, he has no interest in them) and…. They even have the guts to say that « the previous mistakes of the employees of the company do not concern the company ». So unprofessional! In commercial law, it’s called FRAUD. Otherwise, the facilities are okay. It’s crowded and very noisy though. And don’t use the swimming pool, they put some chemical products that heavily attack your skin. We never use it. ————————————————————— [Update] Thank you for your call today. I have to say that your proposition of making us pay an extra fee of 500K VND + withdraw our Google comment… to only « consider » giving the « right » to continue to use the sessions is perfectly INDECENT. I have never seen this kind of low-level management and outrageous customer service. What a scam!

👍👍 Traveling to Hanoi on vacation and needed a gym to work out of during my time. I’m easy and only need a squat rack and dumbbells.
